crew was very professional, courteous and left no mess. We were a little disappointed that a final inspection was not made or offered to us by the boss. They just showed up to collect the money. We have no warranty information which if and ever we need it might be a problem. Overall we think they did a good job but they lacked "personal touch".

Excellent work. Got the work done on time and didn't stop until they were finished. I would recommend to any one that needs a metal roof. Expert service,the price is better than other people i have checked with and done with experience. JOB WELL DONE.

Answered e-mail promptly and arranged to give the estimate in a very timely fashion. The project was completed on time

On balance an excellent job. Because of weather and difficulties on other jobs, they were unable to provide and exact time arrival on my job. Frustrating but understandable. Communication between jobber and Weather Tamer was a little spotty but did not deter from the final job. The men performing the work have years of experience in all types of roofing and demonstrated that. We did metal and membrand roofing on a hip attached to a gable attached to a flat roof. I am very pleased with the final results.

UPSIDE: The installation of the siding was excellent as was the rain gutters. The responce to fix a minor flaw, I discovered the next day, was prompt and well executed. DOWNSIDE: The job order must not have been clear to the crew because a space was not made to accomodate an outside light fixture by the back door as discussed. Also a quoting oversight resulted in an addition charge being passed on to me, I was not pleased. When a remove and replace is done it should be the same or better. A lenght of rain gutter was removed that had leaf guards and was replaced with one without leaf guards. If not for this, my rating would have been "Very Good".

They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. They were on time and finished on time. Love my new roof.

Did a good job on metal roof fixing the spot that had a leak. Have not received the form that allows a Federal Tax Credit, not happy about that as that will cost me $1,200.

1 complaint, 1 window was mis-sized and re-ordered,3 weeks pass, was never contacted, had to call them, then got the run around as to how installer sick, back-up installer sick.....overall, after burnin 3 days vacation from work, all but the 1 are in, ordered 10, happy with the 9. As for quality, would say it was what was expected, would I suggest to another....only if you are very patient (which I am) but, like I say, you may have to keep callin them to get the job done.

Very professional people! We had a person come out and do an estimate for us. They were courteous, kind, and since we haven't actually had the installation started, I cannot fully recommend until the project is complete, but at this point, I would recommend their services.

Fast and good work, right on time. Only problem was big piles of gray goo in the yard, which they never cleaned up. The goo is very greasy and nasty and my kids stepped in it. I guess I will have to spend a day shoveling.

The installation crews for the roofing and guttering were very professional and left the job site spotless of any construction debris. I would recommend Weather Tamer for any roofing work. Their pricing is very competitive and the quality is superb.

I've always felt you learn more about a company when you have a problem, well I did. Shortly after they completed the job, a small leak started during a good rain, they came over THE SAME DAY we called, and fixed it. Since then we've had a very heavy blowing rain, and 2 inches of snow, no further problems. Over all I'd have to give Weather Tamer Windows an "A" for the job they did, with good follow-up after the sale.

Weather Tamer replaced our old asphalt roof with a standing seam metal roof. Their owner and his workers were courteous, cooperative, respectful, and did a great job. They answered my questions without becoming defensive, readily helped me take extra steps to ensure that no problems were overlooked (eg - they pulled off an extra piece of roof sheathing to look into a potential problem hidden behind it), and took care of every problem that arose. They also installed & re-installed new gutters to ensure that they are capable of handling the heavy runoffs from our large roof during downpours. They are also replacing two patio doors for us.

Mike and his crews thathe worked with weregreat.Any problems encountered weretaken care of withefficiency, clean up was good, flexible and good communication.The process was clearly explained and the estimate was accurate.

They were very professional from the start to the finish. We had an architectural style roof installed to replace our old roof. They worked in our job to help with our tax situation. We really appreciated that a lot. We did have some vinyl work done which had to be redone but it was completed in a timely fashion. The shingles which were not laying down have finally done so.

The experience was pleasant and the knowledge of sales staff was impressive. What was concerning is that none of the companies followed up. They came out, gave their expert knowledge but did not ask for the sale or to follow up to see if I had any additional questions. All the companies were quick to call and set an appointment, so I am guessing that this must be a requirement of the service magic program. Thanks for your service!
