Tamer Windows was everything I could have asked for. The planning and pricing was easy. Everything was explained in detail and in layman's terms. The installers arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and respected my privacy as a homeowner. Even with the weather condition being horribly hot, they worked hard, they were timely and seemingly inexhaustible! I had 4 people besides Weather Tamer windows come and give me estimates, and it was without question we chose Weather Tamer. I not only would recommend them to family and friends, but will use them for any other needs we have in the future. Thank you Weather Tamer for a splendid job.

Had a metal roof and gutters installed on my doublewide and it made a 10 year old mobile home look brand new. The work was done in 1 day and everyone was really nice and extremely professional. I would recomend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done.

David was a bit overwhelmed at first not having the experience in removing aluminum windows. He found out quickly how to deal with the problem and did a very professional job!

The staff was easy to talk and deal with. Installer very courteous and cleaned up after installation pretty well. My husband has only found one small screw or nail in our driveway. Enjoying our windows to date. I notice some cool air leaked in the bedroom shorlty after installation. I had not closed the window properly. After remeday, Bedroom or other rooms have no apparent leakage of cold winter air. It is noce to wake up to see out side our windows with out frost or ice on this new windows. A very noticable upgrade in windows form what we preiviously had.

Work was supposed to be completed in 6-8 weeks from date of contract, took 5 months. I had to have them back over here 3 or 4 times to fix a water leak coming down inside wall of garage. I had to have them back to repair a leak on the roof over the deck 4 times and it is leaking again as of this writing. I am not impressed.

I had to wait about eleven weeks before work was started,contract stated six to eight weeks.Once the work started,it was completed within a week. The workmen on the job were courteous and neat,leaving my property as neat as they found it. The work seems to be done very well,it looks good and I have had no leaks.

the job was well done. the customer courtesy was ok. i was contacted several days in a row after the job was done to receive payment. however, it's been three weeks since it was finished and paid in full, but I have yet to receive a receipt. also, there was one window in which the caulking was tamptered with before it was dry (by children in my house, not by the installers), and I have requested weather tamer to send someone out to do a touch up but no one has contacted me about it yet.

Fantastic! I now have the most beautiful roof that I have ever seen. Mike Howerton is honest,dependable, of the highest character of anyone. The roofers were professional and courteous. They were all so honest and effecient, seemed as if we had known them always. They all worked on our roof as if it had been their own. I now have a metal roof that looks like achitectural shingles. Good installation, except that underground plastic pipes that take water away from the house could have been done better on the ends. They were left open and just sticking up out of the ground with no screen to prevent animals or debri from entering. Also, coyotes ripped out one of the underground plastic drainage pipes, apparently because an animal ran into it, and I called twice to ask that this be repaired. I was promised that this would be taken care of but four months later nothing has been done. Considering the price I paid for this job, I am disappointed with the quality of service.

The window installation was very good. The job was completed with good craftsmanship and at a reasonable cost. I will consider them again.

I had to call the office too many times to find out when work was to begin and finish, remind them of contractual obligations and request promised tax forms (which have never been received). Siding and windows look great due to skilled installers with no problems yet. But is not worth the aggravation of dealing with those managing the business.

Due to weather the metal roof has not been installed. So far Weather Tamer has been great to work with. We discussed both metal and regular shingles, he gave the pro's and con's of both and didn't "pressure" sell either product. Easy to work with so far...I look forward to seeing the finished job.

They were very professional and gave a good quote. I have not had it done yet but will in the near future. This is the company I will be going with. They even took time to tell me about the windows with a very good demonstration. On my roof which was the reason for my call they gave a very fair quote. and showed me several pictures which were very good and was very complicated. I am a carpenter which does not have time to do this and work out of state but I was very impressed with what they showed me they have done I am excited to work with them in the near future!!!!!
