DO NOT buy the Siver-line 8500 series from Weather Tamer. Mike did not tell us they were contractors grade which is low quality and it is the nature of the window that it will allow air to come in. I do not consider this 2 be an energy effiic window.Mike knew this was a contractor grade window and never said a word about it. VERY MISLEADING on the part of Window Tamer (mike) When it comes contacting Mike H you are ---- out of luck. They do not give customers his cell #. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is unacceptable business practice 4 any business. Save your money & find an honest dealer

I evaluated multiple roofers before staring this project and Weather Tamer Home Improvement was the most Professional , polite and they had the best price by far. The results were terrific and the jobs was completed quickly.

Mike Howerton contacted me promptly when I put in a request. He set up an appointment for when we were at the property and he arrived on time. He had all the information on hand, including a contract, and took plenty of time to explain options to us. He explained that it would be 4-6 weeks, depending on weather, before he would get to our job. They arrived on the 7th week and completed the job within 3 days. No surprises! The estimate was accurate and he handled everything perfectly. My penny copper colored metal roof with gutters is excellent!

I asked for someone to be sent out to my house for an estimate for a new roof because I had a leak around where a chimney was. Mike Howerton came out and looked at the roof and was honest enough to say we didn't need a new roof and told my husband what to do to fix it. He didn't even charge for the visit. When I do need a new roof that is who I will call. You don't find service like that these days.

Materials, work quality, and service were all excellent. Job completed in time, on time, and to spec. Would recommend to anyone in their service area.

Due to the amount of rain this summer, it; took some time to get the job started, not the companies fault. The work was done quickly, great clean-up, very happy with the job! My only complaint is that the customer service can improve; communication in a timely manner with prompt call back should improve. I strongly believe in direct, prompt customer service...it is key to a great business. When I did speak to the business representatives, they were pleasant and accommodating. My overall experience...I'd hire this company again and/or recommend to a friend.

They did what appears to be a fantastic job on the roof. It looks good and no problems with it so far. I think they depend too much on their financing company to determine good customers. Their office staff is very informative of any weather changes/delays etc. Overall, a good company with which to work.

I am fine with the work, now I have to check the invoice and make sure I got what I paid for.

Mr. Howerton was straight forward, honest, helpful and proud of his work force and product. The 2 man team that worked on my home, Neils and Joey, loved their job and the company that they work for. Their loyalty and their satisfaction shows, in detail, in what they do and did for me. Greatly satisfied!

This was a vinyl siding project and was completed in one day and looks very good. I did find some nails on the ground which were not picked up, but just a couple.

Great job but took several months after signing contract to get job completed. Only took 3 days to complete it once it was started. Felt the pricing was a little high, but the workers were very nice and cleaned up each day before leaving. Looks great.
