New water heater came but installation stopped upon finding the electrical service for it needed a major upgrade. With all others it would be DAYS to come, Mr. Electric came in 30 minutes. It was a big job and 3 hrs later the plumber was able to return to install the water heater! We will have them back for all of our electrical needs!

The technician was prompt, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.He fixed our problem right away. Squirrels had damaged wiring in our attic and walls and caused a "blow out " in some of the wiring causing a short to our bathroom light fixture.

The technician was prompt, very knowledgeable, professional, polite and solved my two minor problems. My only complaint is the dollar amount the company requires him to charge the customer. To change a doorbell button and change a microwave light bulb cost me almost $300.
