Scenic City Plumbing

This is my 2nd time to use Scenic City Plumbing for different plumbing issues. The first time was for a water pressure issue and this time was for a toilet repair. They were extremely responsive and able to get someone out the same day. The office called to let me know that a plumber was on the way. David was fantastic. He explained everything, was very professional, and got right on the job. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work performed. I will definitely call Scenic City Plumbing again!

Not enough adjectives to describe David - he was prompt - so courteous and polite! Professional - trustworthy; knowledgeable - he knew immediately what the problem was and he described it to me so I felt comfortable knowing what needed to be done. I would totally trust him to perform plumbing in my home when no one is here. What a relief to find a trustworthy plumber!

Quick and very knowlageable will hair again

Did great job. However they didn’t double check their work and forgot to tighten up one pvc pipe under kitchen sink. Later when we used the dishwasher water went everywhere. I reported it to them and they apologized for the oversight.

They fixed my leak and toilet running. Told me my water pressure was to high and needed a water pressure valve which I knew I needed so I had them put one on.

Excellent. Called late Monday and they came early Tuesday morning on time. Work was completed in less than hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and affordable.

Everything is costly in my opinion, but it is costly. I think their cost is $95 per hour. My cost was about $130 because they put also - they changed the valve which controls the pressure of the water in the house. So it ended to be one hour and a half. They know what they're doing; they quickly fixed the problem so they did not take two hours for something which could be done in one hour. They sent an expert in plumbing. Some I used before, they don't know what they're doing or looking for or anything, but this service just get to the point, one, two, three, and solved the problem. I like that they fixed the problem and do not waste time. My interactions with them were fine and the work they did turned out good.

I had a leaking toilet that was becoming a major and costly issue; a local "handyman" tried repairing it (later to find out he actually made the problem worse) Randy Ewald from Scenic City came out, quickly identified a crack in a plastic under bold (broken by handyman). I was very happy with all his work and highly recommend scenic city.

David was great he came on time and got right to work

The plumber had to replace almost all of the parts in all of the toilets. He was fairly quick and thorough.

They are pretty good. I had some landscaping done and the guy cut the wire. It was 2 or 3 guys who came to do the work. It was great.

They were punctual and courteous. However, when they finished, it was over $800. They didn't inform me at any time during the work that it would be that much. As a senior citizen, that was a real shock since the estimate was one fourth of that.

All work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the work areas were left clean.
