Excellent.
Description of Work: Washing machine drain had backed up, flooding laundry room. Scenic City Plumbing found the outside drain had burst, filled with acorns and debris, causing a blockage in the pipes. They cleaned out the drain and repaired it. Very professional and worked in a timely manner.

Description of Work: This was a very difficult repair. Very old galvanized piping with a bad "stub" corroded in place. Mr. Kerby could have "given up" and suggested a much more expensive approach but he stuck to it and fixed the problem and saved me money. We damaged a part in attempting the repair and he wouldn't let me pay for it. I will absolutely without question use this company again! If there were a rating higher than A, I would give it.
