He came one day and did the assessment the next day he had a crew out here and did the work. He was a nice honest man who did a wonderful job.

Excellent, Bo and Travis were excellent. Bo is so knowledgeable and experienced, both are so polite and honest. Very concerned about my house and pets.Appreciate that Bo did not find anything wrong with our water heater at this time.Finding good ,honest ,skilled people to work with is invaluable.

Plumber was punctual, wore blue "booties" over shoes to prevent soiling floors/carpeting, communicated well, cleaned up afterwards and carried off all debris. I used the $20 coupon this company has on Angie's list, reducing job cost to $180. He was here 2 hours; cost seems in line with other plumbers used by friends, neighbors. Would recommend Scenic City Plumbing without reservation.

We found this provider via Angie's list. Being in the area less than 5 years we are still navigating through the major service providers. We were very pleased that the previous reviews and ratings were found to be accurate of this provider. Our Hot Water Tank/Heater started to leak the day before Christmas. Due to the holidays we turned off the system. We called first thing Monday morning and was treated very professionally and they worked us in for the same day service. We talked through the service, was very clear on the age of the current unit. They provided a verbal quote prior to our commitment for the work and they were upfront that the price may change if they find any unexpected items, which to us was fair and acceptable. They called prior to arrival, were very professional, and completed the work timely. The original quote price is ultimately what we paid as they did not find any unexpected items. We will definitely keep this providers information for future utilization.

Techs were very professional, continued searching until problem was located. They were very courteous. Will be the only plumbers I will use again, if necessary. The pricing was very fair for all the work that was completed.,

Long story but we had to turn our water main off on Friday & my husband couldnt fix our old pipes. I called Scenic City on Saturday morning & we had water back on and all issues resolved by afternoon. They were awesome and we now feel like we have someone we can depend on to finish out the bad plumbing we found after initial leak any other questionable things we find. They honored the Angie's List coupon without batting an eye & were all around just a huge help especially on such short notice & on a Saturday no less. Do not hesitate to call them!!!!

The serviceman could not have been nicer. He had come to the house before when we had a kitchen faucet that leaked at one of the neck joints. Because Scenic City Plumbing employs caring people, we will continue to use their company. Angie's List had them listed with an A rating so that is why we picked them in the first place. They do not waste time, they charge honest prices, and they are trustworthy with your home and property. We will use them again.

I contacted his office by phone and the lady I spoke with was real nice. She said she would refer this to Jeff. He called me back. Said he would come by and look at the project (wanted a Grunfos unit installed). He said he would call in a couple days. Called in a few days. Said he couldn't come that day and would call me on Monday or Tuesday. I said, if you can't do it, let me know and I will find someone else. He said he would call and did not. He gets an F for his rudeness and disregard for my valuable time. It is unprofessional. I continue to be amazed by these blue collar workers in Chattanooga and their rudeness. They don't follow through, keep appointments, lie, are deceptive, and do s***** work and want full pay. I'm getting real smart to the jerks that provide home repairs and services and the rip off tactics!

Excellently. Very efficient. Explained everything thoroughly. Called in morning and they arrived that afternoon. Replaced parts but also showed me how to use the coupon on Angie's List. Saved me the cost of the parts!

Greg and Travis were excellent. They were on time and got straight to work. They replaced a washer and fixed a leak in the hose spigot that I thought was going to have to be replaced. Greg gave an accurate estimate and they were finished in record time. I called Mason plumbing before I called Scenic City. Mason hasn't even called back yet and Scenic has finished the job.

I can't see enough good things about this company. I called them on the Saturday before Memorial Day, absolutely frantic because we had had to turn our main water line off, since the cutoff valve wouldn't turn off. We were having a family reunion that weekend, and I had no water! They assured me that they would send someone right away, and David showed up shortly afterward. He had everything done in a short period of time and was very professional and courteous. I know nothing about plumbing and have had bad experiences in the past with just calling out of the yellow pages. That was certainly not the case with Scenic City Plumbing. David explained everything he had done and why, and answered any questions I had. He worked the whole time he was here and didn't take a break at all. I'm telling you, this company is fair and doesn't charge and arm and leg to get repairs done. My total bill was around $400, but almost half of that was for the faucet I bought from them which was a higher grade faucet. David worked over 2 hours and also provided all parts. They are fair and professional, and you can't ask for anything more. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you so much Scenic City Plumbing.

I have used Scenic City several times and they are my "go to" folks for plumbing needs/issues. They are always so prompt and are generally out the same day we call. Very professional, extremely clean and cleaned up the bath before they left. Randy H. ( who has been out twice now) is courteous, neat, clean, prompt, and professional. I would not only recommend them to my friends and family, I wouldn't use anyone else! Grace

I researched the ratings of this company and decided to call. I made an appointment and they were able come earlier than the appointment time and even called to make sure that an earlier time would be acceptable. The service technician was courteous and knew the exact replacement faucet needed and had one available. The cost was reasonable at $132.00 (after the $20 coupon was applied). It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this plumbing company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Imagine my dilemma... I'm from out of state, visiting my sister, who just happens to mention that there are some 'plumbing problems' at her house. After packing the car with every imaginable tool that I could possibly think I might use for repairs we arrive at her house and I crawl up under the house to see for myself the issue. What a nightmare! The end result of 80+ years of cast iron piping and some attempted partial repairs 20 years ago. There was no way I was going to be able to even attempt to repair this mess. With not knowing the area, or any reputable companies and no where else to turn, I began to search on Angie's List for plumbing companies. Luckily, I quickly found Scenic City Plumbing who had rave reviews on Angie's List. Rolling the dice, I gave them a call, and boy, am I glad we did! In my experience, you have to search long and hard to find a company with such nice, experienced personnel. From our first contact, until the job was completed everyone we dealt with knew and performed their job perfectly. Jeff Logan went out of his way to make sure the job was quoted properly and that there would be no 'surprises'. Recommended some small additional work (which I approved) that would ensure that there would be no further possible issues in the future. And then, had his crew complete the job before the end of the week - something he originally thought he would be unable to do because of previously scheduled jobs. All in all, it was a great experience with a wonderful company. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs. I cannot say enough good things about them, their work, their work ethic. Thanks again guys!

Noticed a water spot on the ceiling in the room below the upstairs bathroom. Checked what I could see of the plumbing under the shower from the adjacent cabinetry for the tub and noticed water coming from either the pipes or the drain for the shower (difficult to see due to location). I researched several companies and decided to call Scenic City Plumbing first thing in the morning. I called and spoke with Judy. I described the water on the ceiling. I also mentioned that the drain valve on the hot water heater was leaking, and that the garbage disposal was also leaking and stated that I would like to have those taken care of as well while they were fixing the leak in the shower. She asked if someone could come by that day to which I agreed. She said she would call back once she knew what time they would be coming by. A couple of hours later she called back, confirmed that I was still available and said they were on their way. About fifteen minutes later two gentleman arrived. It appeared the younger of the two was in training. Both men were very professional and courteous. I showed them the water stain on the ceiling and how to access the plumbing. The potential was for this to be a fairly involved repair if they had to go in through the wall to access the plumbing. Long story short is they were able to get everything fixed. The shower repair turned out to be the easiest possible. Testing indicated the pressure reducer valve was not properly keeping the pressure at the right level, possibly the cause of the several minor leaks. They replaced that and in doing so the leak at the drain value on the hot water heater stopped, so that seems to have been a symptom of the faulty pressure reducer. Inspection of the leak at the garbage disposal showed that the housing on that was cracked so that was replaced. All in all they were able to get all repairs done quickly and at what seems to be a reasonable price.

The staff member that came out was excellent. He was very friendly and informative. He didn't mind us asking questions. They came out the same day we call them because it was emergent.They were one of the only places that were open.
