Description of Work: My 80 yr old parents were having difficulty installing a kitchen faucet .They kept trying to talk with the manufactures assistance line to no avail.So I drove over to Harveys Plumbing to ask his advise.He came right up to my parents house and took off the old faucet and put on the new.He also looked at their bathroom fixtures and answered some questions they had.Mr Harvey was very nice ,helpful ,professional and understanding.

Description of Work: We had a leak in a waterheater. Harvey's Plumbing was called and they were prompt to set a time to come and assess the problem and to help us with a solution. Our house had two water heaters and the one leaking was under the house in the crawl space. When we made the call to them we told them we wanted to purchase a new water heater and to by-pass the water heater under the house. They set a time for the day after the call to bring up a new waterheater and to assess the steps or actions for the waterheater under the house that was leaking. They arrived pretty close to the time specified and quickly began to disconnect the waterheater in the garage and to install a new 80 gallon waterheater. They were quick and explained everything they were doing. They got the new waterheater up and running and then tested to make sure it was operating correctly. They then tackled the job of getting under the house to review what was needed to replace or by-pass the waterheater in the crawl space. They assessed the situation, found the cut-off valve for this waterheater and then restored water to most of the house. They could not by-pass this waterheater at this time as they did not have enough piping to do so. We thought they & us would have to wait until after Christmas to get hot water to this part of the house due to their schedule. We got a call the next morning and they advised they would be up at 11:30 am to by-pass the waterheater but they called again and got here by 10:00 am. They thought the job would take 4 hours but they completed in 2 hours and reduced their price accordingly. In the end we had a new 80 gallon waterhearter installed at a reasonable price and the overall solution of by-passing the waterheater under the house completed before Christmas and at a reduced price. They were super and we will gladly use them again in the future for plumbling needs. They are very professional and kept us informed of everything they did.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced an entire shower mechanism. He had to cut an access hole in the wall behind the shower to gain access. All work was performed neatly and professionally. The price was about $100 less that the bids from larger plumbing companies.
