It went very well. Aaron did most of the work and was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better work!

Me. Meschler and his partner showsd up on time. Asked what work I needed done and proceeded to work. I had purchased the required items in advance based on his suggestion. Reviewed the work and left. After two man 4 hours work. Overall, I am pleased with the professionalism and work performed.

His communications were excellent, timely, and professional. I hope he heals quickly so I have the chance to work with him in the future.

Jason is very responsive and professional. We found his name on Angie's List because we wanted roll out shelving installed in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets of an older home my parents purchased and were remodeling before moving in. Jason communicates his plans, talks about options, and gets the job done on time and within budget. He worked with us to find the most economical options for installing some pre-made shelving. He did the measurements and ordered the shelving. He had a workman doing some of the installation. Sometimes they worked together and other times just the other workman was on site, but in either case, the work was done carefully and neatly. They took care to install the shelves properly, and also did some extra projects as needed since this was a whole house remodeling project they were in the middle of. Jason is very helpful, polite and reliable. Combined with his excellent work, he's a great choice for carpentry and the other kinds of work he can do. We trust that if he says he can do it, he will, and the work will be done properly.

When I talked with the vendor, he asked me to measure the areas and take pictures to save him time. Also, said "we" don't like these deals but Angie's List makes us do them. Very unprofessional. I called AG and received a refund.

I was very pleased with the job. It took longer tan he had anticipated, but he stayed with it, and did a great job. It was obviously more expensive than the "deal".....but it went way beyond the initial plan. Jason told me from the first visit that my crawl space was larger than the size I had paid for. But the money from the deal was used toward the final expense. If you need to have a dry, clean crawl space, give Jason a call. He'll fix you up. He also recommended a couple of other things that needed to be done under the house. I asked him to send me a list of what needs to be done, in the order it's needed, and what he would charge me. He said he could do the jobs, but I should see if I ould find someone who does these things regularly, and maybe do them for less.

Jason and his team built a good looking, wheel-chair accessible ramp that exceeded codes requirements. He was professional, timely and worked within my budget and time constraints. Excellent job!

I called Jason because we were having a problem with some rope tiles that were always coming loose. Jason came down and told us what the problem was and how he would fix it. Mr. Mechler was very professional. He assessed the needed repairs and tackled each based on degree of difficulty. I am happy with the work done by Golden Rule Carpentry and would not hesitate to use this service again.

This is a great guy with a wonderful since of responsibility for getting the job done correctly! The area around the house looked like no one had been there! The siding and the rotted material were replace and this guy went a little further into the wall to make sure everything was solid and secure before attaching the siding. It was calked and painted very professional and we are very happy in the outcome of this project. I'm definitely having him come back and do some more work on the inside later this winter.

Jason and his crew were very prompt and courteous while the work was being done. The crew took off all the old and rotted siding and trim and went a step further to replace some of the older bracing and studs to make sure it was secure and solid. He did not charge for the extra work but we paid a bonus for his time and material. All the wood and trash was removed and the area looked like it wasn't touched. He did an excellent job with replacing the siding and finish painting to match the existing area. The outside of our home looks great! I would highly recommend him again.
