We have relocated to the Cleveland, TN area due to employment. The relocation company that handled our move hired Small Time Movers to come and unpack for us. Bill and Jerry arrived about 10:15 am and after a quick tour of the home they began work. They worked steadily with only a couple of short breaks until they finished at 6:30 pm. They did a great job unpacking! They also moved some boxes that had been put in the wrong room to the correct room and then unpacked them. They broke down all the boxes and took them and all the paper with them. They made our job of putting things away and getting settled into our home so much easier!

You couldn't ask for a better moving experience than the one you get with Small Time Movers! Bill and Deb are both professional and two of the nicest people you will ever meet! They do what they say they are going to do and they show up exactly on time. They are reasonably priced and care about the people's belongings that they are responsible for moving. This is the ONLY moving company I would ever use personally and the only company that my extended family now uses. Highly recommend!

Three very nice workers who worked continuously and billed only for time spent packing, loading and delivering; did not have to pay for their return trip time. Would definitely use them again.

The movers arrived right on time. There were 3 workers as promised. They worked hard the whole time. We have some nice newer furniture. They treated everything with lots of care. As far as I can tell, there wasn't any nicks or damage. Some of it was complicated to take apart and put back together. They took time and cared for everything. They were very respectful and helpful. They all had a good attitude. They put things where we wanted it. This is the third time we have moved in the past year and I would have to say this was the best experience we have had thus far.

On time! 3 men as promised. They were pleasant, respectful, and worked hard. They were professional and handled my possessions with care.

We moved a 2 bedroom apartment from one side of town to the other. The owner and 3 men arrived on time and began to pack our fragile glass lamps and other items. They wrapped all the furniture in blankets. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They moved very quickly which was difficult since the elevators in both apartments were not near the apartment itself. I would highly recommend this mover and I would definitely use them again.

Bill,Ed, Mike, Charles arrived 15 mins early and were raring to go. I was not really that excited. The day went by as best as it could for a move day. It started raining, it was the week of Thanksgiving, but all of these guys made it fun. They are fast movers. No one was slow or lazy. They seemed very happy to be moving me. (I hate moving! FYI) They brought boxes at no charge, did not charge me for any lunch or break time. The price and equipment was just as quoted over the phone. We finished about 7:00 at night. I asked them if they had a quitting time and I was told when everything is done. This is a very good company.

Very pleasant experience. I had concerns that my new hardwood floors would get damaged, but they were true professionals and nothing was damaged.

Best experience of the whole house-buying drama. They dropped off about 150 boxes 3 weeks before the move, and didn't charge me for the ones they were able to take back. On moving day They were there at 8:00 sharp as promised, laid down runners to protect the floors, worked very hard and fast, with very minimal breaks. They promised 3 men, and brought 4 at no extra charge. Everyone was very polite and professional. It was easy to see they knew what they were doing. Nothing was lost or broken...a first for me! It took them 10 hours and made 2 trips, with only 1 trip charge. If I ever move again (and I hope not) I would definitely use them.

I have moved many times and the movers were the better part of this experience. Their positive attitude goes along way on moving day.

They were late arriving (6:15 instead of 2), but they kept us informed and gave us an extra man and truck to get the move done as quickly as possible. They'd worked hard all day and were tired, but they did a good job. They were very professional and pleasant. I would use them again. (But I hope to never move again.)

Everything went as planned - and the movers took special care to see that I was satisfied. I would use them again and have no difficulty recommending them to others.

I set up an appointment approximately 1 week before I needed movers. They gave me a quick quote which was accurate and they came when they said they would (actually about 20 minutes early!). They were very professional and efficient. I had never used movers before, but I will never NOT use movers again! They made a very stressful event a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived promptly at 10 as requested. They worked quickly and carefully to package our furniture for the move including a 55" TV. They had everything packaged from our townhouse and storage unit to our house within 2 hours. They even will setup your bed and reconnect your appliances if you request it. They also will place the furniture exactly where you want it (if you know- I didn't). THEY WERE WONDERFUL and if I ever move again I'll use them. I'll always recommend them, too.
