They know nothing about small animal removal. One of the owners came on the initial visit and I made the mistake of paying him $495, up front, for a weeks service, to trap groundhogs that were tunnelling in my barn. He seemed like an honest person. They set two traps. They were not set anywhere near the holes and were only baited with canned green beans. I called to find out why they were not set near entrance ways, and I never received a reply. They never came back to check or reset traps. I could not reach them on the phone. I was told, numerous times, that they would call back, but they never did. They never even came back to get the traps, they just left them here. I have pictures of the empty can of beans, which they left in the barn, and the mouldy beans in the trap. I understood that no groundhogs might be trapped in a week, and I asked what would they do then, and the owner said that if they could not trap them, they could shoot them. I was paying for humane trapping and release. I paid $495 for two traps and a can of Kroger green beans.

They were immediately on it,had 3 treatments scheduled and a curtious individual called each time, we hired them to rid our mole problems,and it seems that the mole activity has stopped for now ,i spent 3 times as much trying to rid them myself, if and when they come back ill call black diamond
