A raccoon moved into my attic while I was gone over the holidays. Black Diamond showed up after three other companies did not. Pete was great! He was prompt, knew what he talking about and explained exactly what needed to be done. We walked around the house and he showed me where the raccoon entered my home. He pointed out some other concerns. Pete and David came back out and made the repairs and put other security measures in place to prevent any future break-ins by any animal. They went above and beyond! Pete made a special trip out to set traps and came back as soon as I called the office to let them know the raccoon was in the trap. Pete knew I was trying to go out of town so he made sure everything was taken care of ASAP so I could leave. Great communication from Angela in the office, too. I would recommend Black Diamond. They do more than pest control. Thanks, Pete, David and Angela at Black Diamond!!!
