Prompt and thorough service

The guys were nice and patched the little hole on the roof where the birds tried to enter. But I think they are in the column on the porch or in the panel of the porch. So needless to say they are still there chirping all day. So even though they did patch a little hole, I still have the birds. I guess I will have to go to a famous home appliance store and patch it myself or see what they have to hopefully run them out and away. I appreciate them trying though maybe they did not have anything to run them out or determine exactly where they were. Or maybe one day they will just leave.

After searching for a local company to help us with a mole problem we have had for years, Black Diamond reached out to us. A representative was on site within a couple of days and could clearly see where the activity had been, and currently was. He described the treatment process. Very professional and friendly. After the treatments we can already see a difference in our yard and our dog no longer digs holes!!!!
