Having owned multiple rental properties for the last 10 years I have been through several Pest control companies and was disappointed with their service. They were always late or didn't show up at all, no follow up and poor customer support. After having Black Diamond service for my Properties I can tell you they are top notch with customer service and their pricing is very fair. Hopefully this will continue in the future as I will post a follow up later.
