Black Diamond of Nashville

I hired Black Diamond to remove squirrels from my attic. We agreed to a price. I gave him a deposit of more than half of the agreed amount. The rep. Came out and I told him where the squirrels were getting in but he did not address my input. He placed a one- way door on the roof and left it for more than a week before I called him to find out when he will come back to address the problem. He started to give me the runaround . He said that his schedule is full and I have to wait until he can find time for me. I told him that I have payed him already to do my job and I should be on his schedule until my project is finished. Became back, looked in my attic said he will have to order some grids to put over my roof vents. Again I never heard from him and I again had to call him to find out what is going on with the project. It is now about a month and my the one-way door is still on my roof exposing it to the weather compromising the integrity of my roof. Again I was told that his schedule is full and he put me off for a few more days. I again contacted him and he told me that the grids would be about a $100 each but he still working on the project. Meanwhile the squirrels are getting in and out of the attic at will destroying my wires and insulation. I again contacted him and said he will be able to do the project and I need a roofer to put the girds over the roof vents. I have paid him and still I am not on his schedule. I have to call him to come and address my project. It is been a week again and still did not come to to remove the one-way door and cleanup the soffit vent he left half done. Since he could not do the job I am suppose to get my down payment back but he refused to give back any. Since Pete refused to back my down payment , I agreed for him to come back and take one-way door off, finish the soffit and pop back a piece of siding in place that was coming off. He returned and took the one-way door off but did not complete the soffit nor put back the siding . This is not a company with which I want to do business and I strongly would not recommend them. This company is great, but I hope I never need to use their service again. I do highly recommend them if you are in need of their services. They are quick to respond, they helped me with my problem to my satisfaction and they were very fair in their pricing to help me get rid of my problem. Chad is the young man who came out to my house. He is fearless and very knowledgeable. I only want to see him again if we run into each other at a store or something. But should I ever need this company's service again, I'd call on him.

I called for a termite inspection and extermination of carpenter ants. The guy that came out said he could not do the termite inspection. He treated for carpenter ants took my money, said he would be back in two weeks and we never heard from him again. And we still have carpenter ants plus no termite inspection. Do NOT recommend it at all.

I would use them again, but don't think I will need then anytime soon. The tech did that great a job!

When referred by home advisor, Black Diamond called me and explained their pest treatment plans and current specials. I opted for one time treatment inside/outside of my residence. The pest control treatment was scheduled in two days and executed OnTime. The technicians were knowledgeable and completed the work in less than two hours and followed with me on their observation. Great service. I am impressed.

They delivered a resolution to a problem with pocket gophers that I could not resolve.

This company came and gave us an estimate for our work. We hired them to do the job, to insulate the attic and under some of the floors. We set 2 dates for them to do they work, but they never showed up to do the work and did not call to let us know they would not be here.. We tried to call them at least 3-4 times and they would not return our calls, both before the installation date and after. UPDATE: The Owner of the Company called and apologized for the inconvenience. He asked to update the review. We were able to revise the review but unable to delete it.

Black Diamond came out on a holiday weekend to take care of an ant issue. They were very prompt, efficient, friendly and effective. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Black Diamond.
