The only reason I didn t give this company five stars across-the-board is because I was not there to witness 100% of the service being given. But from what I could see, Blackdiamond pest-control is a very professional and efficient company.

They did a great job, answered any questions. I would definitely recommend them!

The folks are easy to work with. They will explain what they are doing to whatever detail you are interested in. Our issue was squirrels in the attic - they ensured they checked regularly (daily for the most part) and have removed our problem varmits.

They were very thorough, very professional and did a excellent job.

Very friendly and honest service. Our squirrels in the attic problem has been solved and for an affordable price. Other companies quoted us absorb prices and tried to upsell us on things we don't need. Black Diamond was upfront and honest and did the work that was necessary.

Joe was very polite and informative. So far lady bugs are gone, but he said he would be back if they returned.

I started out pretty happy with their work because their prices were reasonable and they did not try to sell me unnecessary services. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous too. I was, however, frustrated by the lack of communication. There were several times when I was told someone would get back to me on something or that the tech would call me since I could not be home, and it did not happen. There was also a miscommunication that led to an error in the most recent job, but it got fixed. They offered to make it right by discounting the price and getting back to me with the info I needed. I think they do have good customer service overall.

Black Diamond of Nashville will definitely be used again. I had a problem and they came out and took care of it. They are very friendly, understanding and especially flexible when it comes to setting appointments. Thank you for your service once again!

This was a totally different experience from our former corporate experience from a well known exterminator. It was expensive because of the treatment but totally worth in the long run.
