I had ants in my kitchen and carpenter bees outside. They came back 3 times because both problems still existed. I called another company. UPDATE 10/30/19: I called this company because I had ants in my kitchen. After 3 visits and 1 month later I still had ants in my kitchen. I decided to call another company, and they found where the ants were coming from and where they were getting in. They treated the area and the ants were gone. One visit problem taken care of. These people do not know what they are doing! Of course, I have refused to pay for a service that they could not perform, and they have now sent it to a collection agency.

Black Diamond did a thorough job of protecting my home from pests. I have a ridiculous over-the-top fear of cockroaches, so if I see one in the house I lose my friggin' mind. I feel very confident now that we will not see any of those demon spawns this year now. Oh, and there's the annual march of ants through the house that we have every year so I look forward to peace and quiet from those little terrorists! The price was very reasonable and I love that there is not a contract involved. The customer service is exceptional and everyone we have spoken with there has been very helpful. We highly recommend them!
