We had a yellow jacket nest behind our eaves and in the space above the ceiling of our kitchen. Our regular exterminator sprayed, but a day later they were still there. Before he could re-treat the area, they chewed a hole in the ceiling and were swarming in our kitchen the next morning. I started calling exterminators at 6:00 am. The owner of Black Diamond happened to be in early and answered the phone even though they don't usually open till 8:00. He listed our call as an emergency and sent his next available team. Pete and Mike were courteous and professional. They killed the 200+ yellow jackets in the house and sprayed the entry point outside the house. They located where the yellow jackets were entering the kitchen, sprayed into the ceiling space and then were able to remove a very large nest and hundreds if not thousands of dead yellow jackets. I think their pricing was very fair as well. One of the "big" exterminator companies quoted me a price more than $100 higher, sight-unseen, for their "special" service. I know this is just one experience, but I would recommend Black Diamond to anyone. They were fast, professional and efficient. It's been 5 days and we haven't seen or heard a single yellow jacket.

all very professional, from Morgan who answered many of my questions and most of all listened to my 'bug' rant, to the team who came out to service my home- listened to me, explained things, set my nerves at ease. Hate flippin' ants!

I am revising my review after a return visit from Joe today. I really appreciate their prompt attention to our issues and their thoroughness. I think we are finally working toward a solution together! They were immediately responsive to my previous (less than favorable) review when we were still having issues, and I am grateful for their professionalism. Looking forward to final resolution of our bug issues and to working more with this company in the future. Thank you for making good on your promise to help us!

I had your personal come out twice because of a wasps issue. As of today the issue hadnt been resolved. The tech was very personable but my issue was never resolved
