You must show the problem to the customer before fixing the problem.

Service Representative determined problem; supervisor did on site visit. Service Representative replaced compressor; all completed within 24 hours; good clean-up! Excellent workmanship!

This was a referral on a home warranty contract. The service people at Barney's were prompt and polite. They were quick to identify the problems and actually contacted a plumber and arranged the plumbing call with the home warranty company to correct a concurrent problem. It took a week to get the parts needed to complete the repair, but they were out here the next day to finish the job. The office staff was helpful in scheduling my call, and rearranged appointments when necessary. Happy to recommend.

I think they are a great service company to use not only for heating but for cooling also. We have used them numerous times and were always completely taken care of by the technicians. They are nice and professional. We have only good opinions of the company. The unit they installed is problem free.

One thing I can say about them is you would never know they were ever here working as they were that clean with the installation. I love the big difference it has made in reducing my heating bills. I plan to use them for maintenance also since they did such a good job.

We had used them before and had been very satisfied. They are very nice people. They offered us prompt service when we needed them the most. I would never have anything bad to say or any type of complaint about them.

I was not very satisfied with the service we got from them. They re-scheduled the time to put the air conditioner in three times and when they did come out to put it in they didn't finish it in one day. They have also had to come back a couple of times because our air conditioner wasn't working at all.

We felt that this was just an average company. They really did not treat us bad or anything like that. They just really did not show up on time because they were running a little behind schedule. They had to come back out a second time because the system just was not working properly. They said it was fixed, but it really has not worked right since they installed it. We felt that they could have really done a much better job. Their price was one of the best we had found though.

We had this company come recommended to us. We were very pleased with the overall professionalism of this company. They called us before they came out. They were right on time. They had no problems with the installation. They made sure the new system worked properly before they left. The guys who did the installation were very polite. We have had no problems with our new system.

Barney's was a wonderful company. They care about their customers and they are very cooperative. They are great about goal setting and getting the job done in a timely fashion. I would tell others that they are quite an impressive business. I can not comment on what the price we paid and I do not feel comfortable giving out that information. From what I recall, they were the second to lowest estimate we had received for this particular job.

The people we met from this company were very friendly. The man who did the installation was very polite. He showed up a little bit late compared to when he said that he would arrive. We were not that upset with that. He tried a few times but could not get the system installed correctly. He had someone else come out and try and they still could not get it done right. We did in fact shop around and found this company to have one of the best overall prices. We had no choice but to have them leave the new system here and call in another company to finish the installation. Everything about this company was going very well until the fact that they could not get it installed correctly. We just don't think that we would use this company again in the future because of the fact that they just did not seem to be that knowledgeable in the installation part of the job.

Everything was perfect. We were treated with the utmost respect. Everyone was so polite. They did an outstanding job. They really knew exactly what they were doing. We had every thing about the job explained to us. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. We had only a few quotes and found that they were one of the best in overall experience and price.

My husband paid this company directly for their services. I am completely unaware of what we may have paid for the work this company did for us. We received quite good service from this business. They were very helpful and cooperative. They took directions very well. They were also more than courteous. We now use them to maintain our contract each year.

I cannot remember how much we paid for the work to be done. There was a deductible that had to be paid through the company that?s all I remember. We were pleased with the service. We thought they were on time. After the job was completed they called back on several occasions to set up a time to come back and make things work properly.

The new air conditioning unit works well and does not seem to have any problems whatsoever. The man who put it in for us was really great and worked as quickly as he could to get the job complete. It didn't even take him two hours.

They did the job a long time ago, but from what my husband and I can remember they did a good job and were very professional. Our new furnace works properly and we have not had any problems.

I think this company was very good they came and fixed my air conditioner perfectly and I had no problems at all. Finally my air conditioner blows out cold air. This company was a lot better than the one I had come out before. My air conditioner works excellent now.
