Description of Work: Our ice maker had quit working. Serviceman was sent out upon our schedule. He called before he got to our house so we were ready for him. He diagnosed our problem and we made arrangement for his return visit. When he came back, he installed the new part only to discover that his first diagnosis was not all inclusive. The whole ice maker had to be replaced. They only charged us for the needed part, no additional cost for the service call or labor charges. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: NOTHING, STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL THAT THEY ARE COMING.. Told service man would come between 1 and 5 the next day, stayed home all afternoon waiting for the call never came wasted the whole day. Would use my gas grill before calling them.
