Butler's H and A gave us a bid on Thursday (only a day after we contacted them). We called Mr. Butler a few times on Friday night asking various questions about each unit that we saw on the AS website. He was very patient and answered each question with kindness and professionalism. He knew we were without heat and he got the system ordered and ready to put in the following Monday. His workers were polite, took off their shoes if they had to come into the house, and answered various questions that we posed as the work was being done. We had thought we were getting a different thermostat than the one I realized the worker was installing at the end of the work. I knew I wanted the digital one and the young man was very polite to explain the difference and the use of what he was installing compared to what I wanted. When he shared that the cost difference was minimal, I said that I wanted to digital. He said that is fine and he uninstalled the first one and made a trip to get the one I wanted. When asking both Mr. Butler and the young man who helped install the unit what they would put in their own homes, it was informative to learn that one had the heating unit we were buying and the other had the thermostat that I wanted! The work was done quickly and by the end of the day, we had heat!

Installed went as indicated. Very courteous employees.

Went well every call except the time frame. Company is short handed i believe and they do get busy during the summer months.

One of the workers left a little amount of trash. They checked an area were my neighbors cat tore up a small section of duct work under my house and said that everything was fine and did not unnecessarily charge me for something.

We have not had any problems with our new system. The work this company did was perfect. We spoke to them about 6 months after we moved in just to ask some questions about the heating and cooling settings. They were very polite and professional. They answered all of our questions. We don't know the cost for their services, as it was all included into the full price of the home that we paid to the main contractor.

Terry Butler has done work for us for many years so we knew he would do a great job with our new house. We have not had a single problem with the heat or the air conditioner as they both work perfectly. He stands by his work so if there ever was a concern I know that he would be right over. I paid around $200,000 for our new home and the builder paid him, so I don't know what the cost of our system was.

There have been no noticeable problems with our new system. They did a great job. We were treated very good by everyone involved. They were quite friendly. If we had a question, then they had the answer. They double checked for any gas leaks. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. We highly recommend this companies service to anybody.

This company was one that was actually subbed out by BotSco, my builder. Out of two bids that I had received, they offered me the second to lowest bid, if I correctly remember. Botsco had no problem with me basically choosing the company who was going to do this work in my home, which was nice. The only thing I might say that they could have done better was to install larger return air to those units. I am an engineer, but not a mechanical engineer. From what I can tell, they may have installed return air components that were too small. I would still use them again and give them all B's for their services. I actually anticipate having to use them again in the future to service my air conditioning units on an ongoing basis, come to think of it.

I was not getting much heat coming out at all, so I was thinking I needed to have an entire unit installed. When they came out, we figured out that the filter just needed cleaned. It was pretty funny. Therefore, I did not have to pay for the cleaning, just the service call. Thank goodness I didn't have to install a new unit. Since this, I have not had any problems, and everything is going just great.

We have had absolutely no problems at all with our new system. We were so happy that they had it installed so quickly. The employees we dealt with from this company treated us with great respect. We really felt that they cared about doing an excellent job. We felt that the price was very fair. Anyone needing this kind of work done should not hesitate to call them.

We found this company to be very easy to work with. They were reliable and responsible and seemed to know what they were doing. Their work was consistent and they communicated effectively with us as customers. We had no problematic instances or situations when using their services. We would not only recommend them to others, but would use them again ourselves if needed.

I was very happy to work with Butler. They did a great job with the installation, the price estimate they gave me was very close to what I paid and it was a fair price. They were on time, and it didn't take too long to install. Can't ask for much more.
