I had purchased a see thru fireplace for another room in my home in 2011 and that experiance actually went ok so when it came time to install a firplace in our new addition I went back to Nashville Fireplace. It was an effort from the beginning. I had oredered the new unit and happened to call and check on status when I found out that the original order had been either never placed or sold to someone else. At that time I was told that they had just assumed that I no longer needed the unit...pure BS. I finally got the new unit installed and found out that the chimney wouldn't allow for a proper draft. Every time we built a fire our room would fill with smoke. I contacted Nashville Fireplace and nothing...no call , no response. Today I have the chimney cap off of the chimney as this is the only way that I can get a good draft. Every time I contacted Nashville Fireplace I felt like I was an imposition. Constant attitude. Absolute horrible contractor!!!!
