Description of Work: They came out a few days before and gave us an estimate and scheduled our job. They were very professional and prompt. The carpet technician was very helpful in explaining the process to us and answering any of our questions. The price was very reasonable and the job was done to our satisfaction, and beyond. They also did a follow up call to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction.
