Extremely professional. Highest quality work I've seen in ages! Very attentive to details and had appropriate suggestions to improve project with no additional cost! Have already recommended him to friends and one had work done very same week we suggested him. Started and finished front steps exactly when he said he would, despite the cold rainy weather! My husband & I enjoyed working with Kyle & WOULD reccomend him based on price & quality of the actual sidewalk. Our new sidewalk is the perfect shape & we're really satisfied. I can only rate him 3 stars as we were not satisfied with the "finishing touches". I don't know what typical protocol is regarding the "reassembly" of the grass & yard around a new sidewalk, but I wasn't satisfied with the end result. It just looks bad & was a sloppy attempt at putting it back together. If you use KC Quality, make sure you get a quote in writing - there was some confusion surrounding the initial verbal quote. Quality of sidewalk is great though.

He explained in detail what he was going to do and what I wanted done. He did an excellent job.
