Description of Work: This is an online site for appliance parts. We needed a new icemaker and did some research online and found their installation video showing how to DIY. We ordered the part from them on a Saturday and it was here on Tuesday. We followed their instructions and it was an easy fix. They have a 365 day return policy, no questions asked. We will definitely be using them again.

Description of Work: I ordered lock-down bolts for my front-loading washer. You cannot ship the new front-load washers without the lock-down bolts since it damages the machine. Since we were moving and I had changed the billing address on my credit card, I had to give them that address besides the shipping address - the house we were moving from. Time was short since I didn't know the bolts weren't with the washer until a week before our movers came. APP said the package would go 2-day air and go out that day, Friday, 11/28/14, guaranteeing that it would arrive no later than the next Tuesday. Then I get an email on the next Monday saying that one of the parts wasn't in stock and they wanted to know if they should ship the rest. I reminded her that they had guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, so she gladly switched to overnight and deducted shipping costs. I was waiting on Tuesday for delivery, but since I had a day's leeway, I wasn't concerned when it didn't show up. Wednesday afternoon, I checked the tracking for the shipment to see where it was. That's when I noticed that they used my billing address instead of the shipping address! I immediately called APP and they said that shipments had already gone out that day and they couldn't send it until the next day - Thursday. The movers were coming Friday and who knows when they would deliver it (Fed-Ex delivers to residences after the businesses) I asked her to ship it with a guaranteed morning delivery and she said that was impossible that no company did so. I told her some companies do, but I guess they only use Fed-Ex, which doesn't, apparently. Meanwhile, my daughter was checking our new house to see if/when the original package was delivered. It didn't show up on Wednesday, either. (so much for overnight delivery, but I realize that was a Fed-Ex issue and it was the holidays) Late Thursday (around 4:30 pm), it finally showed up. My daughter grabbed the package from the driver, raced to UPS and paid an exorbitant rate - $96 - to get guaranteed delivery before 10 a.m. Friday. I paid it gladly since my only other option was to leave the new washer in CA. Friday at 9:40 am the package arrived. I was thrilled, but when I opened the box, it contained three identical instead of two identical bolts and one other that had a hook attached. I called APP again and was told the computer told them that the company changed the style and the bolts were the same size except the one didn't have a hook. Unfortunately, when I went to install them, the two bolts fit, but the one where the hook was supposed to be installed should have been much shorter. I didn't have much choice but to install it. It stuck out 2.5" farther than it should have if they'd shipped the correct one. Movers were not happy. I spent hours on the phone with APP(mostly on hold) and more time on the computer finding a way to get the bolts in Arizona to us in California. All this took time that I really needed to finish packing and made this the most stressful move I have ever made. While the people I spoke to were professional and tried to be helpful, I will never use this service again.
