Description of Work: Provided me with parts for my oven.Wrong part but was not their fault, another company told me that was the part I needed .This company was great would use them again and again. VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING.

Description of Work: A valve was leaking when our washer was off. We called and they came out the same day to fix but we needed a part which took a day and then they came back out and it was fixed as good as new!

Description of Work: They received payment to rebuild a circuit board that can no longer can be purchased for my double oven. After the repairman had it reinstalled, it STILL doesn't work. I'm out the money and my oven still doesn't work.

Description of Work: The $$ charge was through Sears - they paid this vendor to deliver and set up my new dishwasher. 1st the guys thought they were delivering a refrigerator, then once I straightened that out, they brought in the dishwasher, did not wear booties (as their website shows they should) I advised them to just lift the old dishwasher (it was disconnected)and pull it out, but the guy got down and started pulling out the bottom panel, when I asked what he was doing he said he needed to do this. So in the process, he managed to get the stuck on the tile, and said he could not finish, did not want a law suit for destroying the flooring. And they both advised that they were not authorized to set up a dishwasher, when it was plainly stated to Sears that they could, and it was on the paper work that was taped to the new appliance. They did offer to take the new one out of the box, but I said to leave it, and I did not want anymore issue. Sears refunded my friend (who bought this for me) around $85 for this part of the purchase. The Sears Outlet store in C*** Rapids was really having problems with this group as well. Ended up costing me a little more than the dishwasher did to have it installed by a reputable company I trusted. |I would never work or hire this company as they either do not train, or test their delivery people very well. And the guys were not wearing belts, and I don't care what the going style is, this is their uniform and one of them was always holding up his pants, he was not skinny either. Over all a very poor experience.

Description of Work: They provided replacement bins for my refrigerator. They were the correct part but they didn't fit, they were too small for the space. This isn't their fault. I went to three different other parts stores and they all tried to sell me the same part. It is something GE needs to address. What is interesting about this whole thing is, i went to one store that sells GE refrigerators and while waiting for the parts man to come back with a part no. i checked out a refer on the floor and it had bins that were exactly like the one i was trying to replace and the replacement part for it was the exact one that wont work on mine. Meaning there is a real problem with GE replacement parts for that particular part no.

The pump worked fine, but the ultimate solution required professional help with total replacement of the tub and motor (provided under warranty).
