Description of Work: First contact was good, extensive clean up of rental property @ $650. New monthly service to be $225. |Monthly service was to mow, hedge and maintain Italian garden. Service provided was mowing only and failed to do hedges and roses plus fruit trees in back yard. Service was not being performed as contracted. Renters failed to notify me of services not being performed June/July. I spoke with Mr Rebaza mid August and he assured my new man assigned to rental would do a good job. Yard service was done by new man and then he did not return for 4 consecutive weeks. I dismissed Mr Rebaza and his service.

Description of Work: An online service that was a huge help---in identifying the problem ---fixing the problem with step by step videos and person to person. Our dishwasher was beyond just putting in a new circuit board.Again no problem we just returned the part and got a full refund with no fuss.
