Description of Work: "Appliance Pros were friendly and professional in their contacts. Richard, the service man, was polite and personable. | |However, I will not use Appliance Pros again, unless I know in advance what needs to be done. There were three possible components that might have failed in my refrigerator. Rather than finding which one failed and replacing it, Richard said the only way forward was to relace them all at a cost of $380. This is more than half the cost of a new unit of the same make and model. | |Had I declined the repair, I would have been out $75.00 for the service call and would still not have had a refrigerator. | |This may be standard operating procedure for many appliance repair people. But I will not again voluntarily agree to pay to replace working components because the repair person cannot be nothered to diagnose what is actually failing."
