Our experience with Tire World & Auto Service was completely positive. From the phone call to set up the appointment through the entire process, they were courteous, efficient, and professional. They carry top-rated tires and their price was very competitive, offering a $50 coupon when you get all 4 tires replaced. This was the second time we used Tire World & Auto. Both times were a pleasure.

When I asked how much it would be, the gentleman behind the counter said no charge. I appreciated their kindness and prompt help. These guys are a class act. :)

At first I thought this may take a long time because they seemed to be pretty slammed but they were so quick. I walked into Nooga next door and had lunch; by the time I was finished, the car was good to go.

The last time we used Tire World was for an oil change on my wife's previous car. However, we have used them many times for service and tires. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices on tires are fair, and they seem to be very forthright with options and real costs. They have helped me make some good tire decisions in the past.

Good visit. I called the day of the repair and brought the car in. They provided transportation for me so I could leave my car there. They called when they had looked at the car and let me know the problem, the price, and the time the repair would take. I was originally going to have to get the car the next morning because they had to wait for a part. However a couple of hours later they called to tell me the repair was done. They were unable to fix one thing on the car but let me know why and what I needed to do. I was very satisfied with the repairs, the friendliness of the staff and the cost. I would recommend them.

My Toyota Avalon needed 2 new tires. I called several shops in town looking for a mid-range (quality/price) tire. Tire World provided a fast and easy quote over the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me (I didn't know much about the tires so I asked a lot of questions). The quote from Tire World for 2 tires (Goodyear Kelley tire) was significantly cheaper than any other location from whom I received a quote. Additionally I wanted a full tire rotation and alignment, their quote for these services was cheaper as well ($69 for an alignment compared to $99 "because my car has a computer..."). I was able to drop my car off the same day and have the service completed in a matter of hours. When I arrived at Tire World (around 1 pm) I was able to drop my car off within 5 minutes, regardless of the busy office. They had several people working behind the desk so they were able to help me immediately. I gave them my basic information, the tires we had discussed over the phone, and the quote price. I asked to pre-pay, but they preferred for me to wait until they had replaced the tires and completed the rotation to ensure that the vehicle needed to be aligned, rather than complete an unnecessary service. I was told up front that the tires and rotation would only take about an hour, but if the car needed alignment it would take a few hours to get availability with the specific mechanic. By 3pm (2 hours later) I was told the car needed to be aligned and I was able to pay over the phone. They locked the keys in the car so my husband could pick it up on the way home from work. The cost was $303 which was between $100-$200 cheaper than other quotes I received. I was very impressed with the price, service, and quality. I would definitely recommend Tire World to family and friends, and I will return for future needs.

I knew which tires I wanted to buy. I called one afternoon, the tires were ordered in time for my 1PM appointment the next day. I had new tires put on and alignment done. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I took my laptop to work while I was there, so the time passed very quickly. Everything they said they could do when I called, they did. They were not only very professional, but even made me laugh a couple of times. I've never had such a pleasant experience having new tires and alignment. I would highly recommend them. I like that the tires come with a lifetime rotation and balance offer.
