Description of Work: He power washed my house. I just told him I washed my windows, and soap got on my windows that I had to wash off every time it rained. I called and left a message and he showed up that night and gave him another cost to do it again. I am just disturbed that he had to do it twice.

Description of Work: In Feburary, 2016, Addison Power Washing had a special of $149 for pressure washing houses. I contacted Angie's List to inquire about the additional cost to clean 5 gutters (max 100') on a 1 story house as gutters weren't included in the special. Angie's List gave me Addison's phone number so I could contact Michael directly. I contacted him on Feb 26, 2016 and he quoted me an additional $26 to clean the gutters (which I thought was extremely reasonable). I repeated back to him the quote he had given me and received a confirmation from him. On that same day (Feb 26, 2016) I paid for the pressure washing ($149)thru Angie's List and was told by Angie's List to pay Michael directly for the gutter cleaning when they performed the pressure washing. I waited to hear from Michael from Feb 26, 2016 to Mar 7, 2016 to set up our appointment. When I didn't hear from him I called him on Mar 7, 2016 to set an appointment for service. Michael said he would be in my area on Mar 10, 2016 and could do the job on that day. I reminded him that I had paid Angie's List the $149 for the pressure washing and I would pay him the $26 for gutter cleaning on the day of service. I even have text messages between the 2 of us verifying the $149/pressure washing and $26 gutter cleaning, which was a total of $175 with a confirmation text message from him stating that was correct. When he arrived to do the pressure washing/gutter cleaning, he said I owed him $175 which was for the GUTTER CLEANING ONLY. I took very detailed notes on my conversations with this man as well as text messages verifying our agreement/prices/etc. My gut told me to "get it in writing" since he wasn't diligent about calling me to set an appointment even though I had already paid for the pressure washing services through Angie's List. Needless to say he didn't perform any services for me and I received a refund through Angie's List of the $149 I had paid them for his pressure washing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
