We have been more than pleased with the quality of work performed for us. Michael was very informative and was great to work with. The workers did an excellent job each and every time. They cleaned up after every time. We would highly recommend Addisen to our friends and family. We plan to use this company again in the future.

All in all it was a good experience if not a bit pricey after the "Big Deal" price. But that was my error. Should have priced by the job vs paying hourly for each employee of which there were 2 plus the owner. so $50 and hour x 3. One of the employees was a very hard worker as was the owner. My recommendations to this company would be employee rule #1 no cell phones, then provide written receipts and written estimates. We are very pleased with the result as the front and sides of the house look very good and we are considering having them return to do the back yard. Good job Michael!!

I bought a big deal for a powerwash and seal for the deck. Michael came out to look at the deck. My deck was larger than the big deal and in need of some major TLC. We discussed how much extra to do the whoe deck, stairs, and ballusters, as well as a weather proof stain. They were doing the work the next day. Micheal is very responsive, he contacted me the day after I bought the big deal and was out there checking on his guys both days there were working. The deck looks great and I would use them again.

They did the work very quickly. My only hesitation was that he had no idea on what I want them to do. I just felt like that he brought too many people to do what I needed to do, so I was paying for these people who kinda stand and watched him do staff. I was just a little bit frustrated on the way it turned out. I guessed if I were used them again I would say, "hey, listen don't bring three people and yourself." He got the job done that I wanted him to do.

They did a good job at a reasonable rate. I would use them again.

After purchasing Addison Power Washing Co painting "big deal" for 3hr of painting for $99 I got a rotten deal!!! They came to my home and I had a master bedroom to be painted. He told me as he was beginning that it was $50 an hour for every hour after 3...I said fine. When they finished I looked over the work and found around the window sills were not complete due to the blinds he said he didn't want to get paint on them so didn't do there. After he loaded their things he came to me and said he needed money for the paint and overage. They arrived at 10am and were leaving at 12:45. He said only the first hour was covered it's 3 man hours!!! So I was 1.75hr over the purchase PER Person. An additional 5.25 hrs. So this would cost an additional $262 for their time plus the paint. So $300!!!!!! Not an additional $87 to truly reflect $50hr. He probably only paid those guys $10 ea and pocketed $40 per guy plus his hrs. Total scam!!!!!!!! I wasn't prepared for this at all, but had to write the check anyhow and straight to the bank he went!! If you purchased this deal already be prepared to pay much more! If you didn't don't bother with Addison what a rip off. I have never experienced anything like this. What deal was this. I had other bids from &200-300 for that room. I got hosed bad!!! Save your money and find a more honest company!!!

They were on time, very thorough and they cleaned up after the job. They even moved furniture off of both porches to pressure wash. Then put everything back in place. My house looks fantastic.

They arrived early to start working and worked very hard all day. Our yard was in desperate need of attention. They trimmed shrubs, trees, pulled weeds, and cleaned up all that had been cut and trimmed. I asked if he could work longer due to our deck was needing repair. The owner went to the store and bought materials to stabilize our deck to prevent it from collapsing in the future. He measured and cut lattice to put around our deck which looks fantastic. In addition, the company pressure washed our home and deck. Our yard looks very neat and clean. The deck looks beautiful and is no longer unstable. The house looks more attractive, since it was pressure washed. Michael, the owner, recognized all that our home needed for improvements and I was extremely pleased. He and his employees were very professional. He kept in touch with me regarding the appointment and kept me up to date with the work that he was doing outside. We plan to use them soon to paint our deck, repair our doors, and paint the doors. I would highly recommend his company. His prices and work ethic were great.

Excellent. Did work as described. Cleaned a dark spot on roof and pebble stone concrete driveway. Everything looks good when he left.

They did a great job! There were two men here doing the work and they were professional. They cleaned up well after themselves. I love the results of the painting job.

It went well. He called and told me when he was running late. He always promptly responded to my calls and texts. They did a good job overall but I had to touch up some areas. My only complaint is that I had purchased The Big Deal for 16 hrs of painting for 399 and he did not tell me that I had used up my 16 hours until he showed up the next day. I'm not saying I wouldn't have wanted him to finish, but it would have been nice to know where we stood beforehand. I thought we still had some time left. So I ended up paying a little more than I wanted to, but overall it was a good experience.

He had to come out and finish somebody else's work, but it turned out okay in the end. They cleaned up after themselves, they didn't leave a speck.

Two young men and the supervisor Mike arrived and immediately began working triming my shrubs, rose bushes, weeding the beds and then put mulch down. Mike left them on their own and they continued to work weeding, raking leaves even emptied my grandchildrens sand box for me, Mike went and boght more sand as well as the mulch for the flower beds. They trimmed growth off of my fence and carried everything to the spot I directed. They raked leaves that had been blocking the flow in the drainage area of the yard. Can certainly sing their praises and for sure will call them again in the near future!

Did a good job painting but got some paint on the trim and carpet.

Michael and his team did an exceptional job ensuring on-time delivery of the job at an affordable price. We informed him that we needed to get the job done in a few days and he was quick to the punch, scheduling us in and worked out a package that went above and beyond with special attention to detail. They painted our porch and our floors with a high end exterior paint after thoroughly pressure washing them and they have really changed the exterior look of the house and brought it back to life. We are very grateful for Michael and Addison Power Washing and would recommend them for sure.

Even though I provided my phone number when I purchased the deal, he was unable to view it on his profile. Instead of calling me, he was emailing me through Angie’s List and I did not get them immediately. It did slow the process down a bit. When they came out for the deal, I liked the work that they did and I hired them for additional work. I worked closely with Michael. They ended up working outside in temperatures as low as ten degrees and I was impressed. Because the mulch was frozen, they had to come back another day so they could spread it. They got the job done and it looked good.
