He was very prompt in contacting us. He was courteous and professional and listened to what I wanted. He did not push for additional services and was open to working out arrangement to take care of a big project we need to get done. I was very satisfied with their work and have set up a recurring service for maintaining the lawn. He kept his work within the hours and price agreed upon. I would recommend Addisen Power Washing, Inc.

Mark and workers were very professional and friendly. They arrived exactly as scheduled and worked until complete with project. The paint job was very good and they cleaned up before leaving. I have since asked for estimates to paint front and back porches and trim on house external. I plan on having Mark complete all of these activities as funds become available. He has already completed rear porch and the front porch will be next. I would use him again based on no other reason than his responsiveness, doing a good job painting is an extra benefit.

GREAT JOB!!! There was a good deal of trimming to be done, and the crew (2 workers), were very thorough. This is the best my yard has looked in a long time. They were on time, courteous, and Michael (in charge of the operation) worked with me and around my health problem, which I appreciated so much. They cleaned up and placed all the brush, etc. where the city will get it. Yes, I would use this company again, and no doubt will. Linda J

We recently put our home on the market and moved a couple hours away. Michael with Addisen helped us create great curb appeal and handled the small things that come up with home inspections. He was dependable, completed jobs on-time, and did good work. We were happy to have someone trustworthy when we could not be there. Thanks Michael!

They responded to my phone call immediately on Monday. It was after work when I saw the message so didn't return the call, but they called the next day and was quoted a price. They then called Thursday to set up an appointment for Friday. Was surprised how quickly they responded. Have dealt with many a service and have only received such a quick response from a roofer and that was over 10 years ago. They did an excellent job. It looks great and although my home was probably more than they expected, they held their quote and charged me what they quoted. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone who needs their home power washed. Thanks Addisen.

Staff was very hardworking and diligent. Cleaned up everything before they left. No complaints.

I purchased service for $149 which was comparable to prior landscaper's clean up. I have no way of disposing leaves and was quite surprised when I was informed after they got there that there was a fee for leaf bags. I was charged an additional $95 for bagging leaves. I was then asked if my disposal service would pick up and I said "no". As a senior on limited income I was not happy with the additional charges. If I had known at the time of hiring them I would have done one of two things - 1) not hired them, or 2) provided bags. The worker did a fine job and completed job within the 4 hours.

In my original review, i suggested that Michael consider lowering his price for the first couple of hours. But now I am realizing that the usual price for four hours of work was $250.00. That comes to 62.50 per hour so I guess the $37.25 is indeed a good deal, especially when they they are steadily working in the hot sun without taking any breaks and there are two people working instead of just one. I would highly recommend Addisen Power Washing Company.

Michael Addison and his helper arrived at 8:30a.m. and worked steadily until 1:30 p.m. The total coat was $225 instead of $149. The day before they started, he explained that the $149 covered one worker for 4 hours OR 2 workers for 2 hours. I chose to have 2 workers for 2 hours from 8:30 to 10:30. Any work done beyond that time would be an additional $25 per hour. They did end up working 3 extra hours. They were doing such a good job that I kept finding more things that needed to be done. They work hard and leave your yard looking clean and neat. My only suggestion to Michael would be to consider lowering the price during the first two (or four) hours. If you do the math, the price per hour is $37.25 then it drops off to $25.00 per hour for the additional hours. Why not make the first couple of hours $30.00 per hour instead of $37.25? Other than this, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Addisen went real well. In fact, I bought a package in January and used it last week with Addisen. The package was $199 for eight-hours for full day. He responded immediately following my purchase of the package and was ready to schedule. It was just not an appropriate time for us to schedule when he initially called, but he did follow-up to make sure that we were both together. We finally did reach a consistent day which was June. June 11th was when he came out preceding the two guys that did the work. As far as the workers are concerned, they were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The service was excellent. They paid special attention to details in their performance. I had a list and they did the things there in addition to other things I had them do while they were here, and it all stayed within that package Deal of eight-hours. I was very pleased with their service and with their professionalism as well. They did took care of me. The price was a good price compared to some other guys.

After some initial miscommunication, we decided to give this provider a second chance. I am so glad we did. Mike and his crew were thorough, efficient and professional. We originally contracted for four hours of yard work and were so impressed that we hired the company to power wash the deck and house, to seal the deck and to paint the porch railings (quite a lot of work). They worked diligently and the price quoted was the price I wound up paying. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Mike for everything!

Found Michael from reviews on Angie's List. Called him and within 45 minutes he was at my house giving me an estimate. I agreed to the amount and later that afternoon, he and his crew where working!!! House looks fantastic!!! Much better than when I have pressure washed in the past. Also discussed other upcoming projects at my house and will probably be hiring Michael and his team for those!!!!! I have already given his card to a friend and he is meeting with her today!!!!

Michael and his team did an outstanding job. They were prompt and professional. Michael even went above and beyond and painted the deck railings and trim, even though that was not part of the job. The front yard looks like new landscaping has just been put in, and the deck is flawless. I highly recommend this company for their services.

They did more work than I had purchased on Angie's List, as it turned out. They were very professional. They worked really hard. They came in and worked to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They stayed later than I expected them to be able to get the job done. I think there are some good things about that and some bad things about that. There's a push to get the job done. I'm not sure that I'm exactly ecstatic about him staying until like 9:00 at night to get the job done but I can't really say that that's a terrible thing 'cause they just wanted to get the job done. He did a pretty good job of cleaning up from his work and everything. I think probably the biggest drawback was that I wish that he had come back or checked back with me. I think that would have been good but overall, I'd give them a good grade.

They did a great job, could have done a bit better with the cleanup after washing out the gutters.

Very prompt, did exactly what was asked for the quoted price (and it was a lot of work). House and concrete had years of dirt and they really did a great job. Will definitely be using again and for a variety of jobs.

This is the third time Mike has done work for me, and he continues to be professional and competent. Because he stays so busy, he is sometimes a little late on arriving, but he will always let me know, and his crew stays until the work is done. The price he gave me for pruning my large trees was incredible, much less than what I had been previously quoted by other companies. The crew even cut it up into firewood and stacked it for me! Because I am getting my house ready to sell, I wanted all the work done reasonably. My front porch/stairs and the back deck look great. Mike only replaced the wood that was rotten instead of trying to convince me to redo the entire area. He is very honest and understands the homeowner's budget. He is a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely use him again for some interior painting.

They were absolutely excellent and I would definitely use them again!

They contacted in a timely manner, trimmed the bushes as requested and volunteered to go and pick up the stones from the salvage place so we would not have to make several trips. We volunteered to pay for the gas. Leveled the path, spread sand and placed stone. My husband and I redid the path only because I changed the pattern I wanted, but the hard work was done. The workman were very nice, quiet and worked hard to finish without us having to spend additional money.

Showed up on time. Did what I asked quickly.

It went just fine. They did a good job. I had hired them to do some further work but they ran out of time. They did exactly what I had asked them to do. They were pretty quick about it, and actually got a little more accomplished. They were pretty efficient in what to do.
