It was obviously an emergency situation. Metro was said they would come out, but didn't. Then called 4 days later from my home saying they were there ready to do work. Hum... I had already had another more responsive company show up and fix the problem.

I spent about $600 on the job. I have used them for various projects inside the house. I had used them for the septic line work and then, later for a plumbing problem. They were professional. I would use them again in the future.

They came out here and did a great job. They changed the elements in my water heater and did a few extra things free of charge. They were just really nice guys and I would greatly recommend them. I called them with a problem and they literally showed up within 20 minutes.

It has been about 9 years since we had the septic tank pumped and with more people living in the house, it was time to have it done. I had seen their booth at the Home Show in February 2008, and kept their number for future reference. I called on Friday and they were out on Monday morning. Three workers came. Two with the backhoe, and another with the truck to pump with. The men were very professional, answered all my questions. When they took the lid off, it showed some repairs to be made. The baffle was broken and needed attention before it was worse. I could have put if off, but paid more money later and have the fill line replaced, also. After pumping, the men repaired the baffle with PVC pipe, and foam insulation. The backhoe operator smoothed the dirt back over, was very careful and did an excellent job. The owner of the business came by my house about 2 hours later to check on the work his men did. He said he wanted to check on the work his crew did, they didn't know he was checking on them. He wanted to make sure the work was done correctly, look at the area where the backhoe covered the area and make sure I had all my questions answered. I was impressed that the owner took time out to come and check on his crew's work, and to make sure I was happy with the work. This is how the cost was broken down. $200.00 to have tanked pumped, $250.00 for backhoe, $145.00 for repair of baffle, $69.00 for live bacteria (instead of using Ridx) with tax, $664.00. I would definitely use them again. And I found some coupons on their website that can be printed off and used for this service. I will know next time.
