Mark's professionalism began with his on-time arrival to provide estimate. He communicated with us when our estimated date for service had to be rescheduled. He told us when he would arrive, how long he would stay and cleaned up space at end of day. He did a beautiful job and finished when he said he would. We highly recommend Mark and will use him again should the need arise.

We recently moved to the Chattanooga area and moved into a beautiful home that was in need of some tender, loving care. Mark Cole did an amazing job repairing and prepping the walls before he began painting. His painting skills and detail to work are excellent; he is amazing at cutting in! I will be using Mark Cole to paint all of our other projects. A+ rating and highly recommend.

Mark Cole is a phenominal painter, in fact we insist he go by th ename Leonardo, the quality of his work is like none other, we are professional Renovators and typically perform most of the painting, boy are we pleased that we brought Mark to the rescue. we highly recomend Mark for his incredible skills, the homes in Chattanooga can be quite up in age & many painters do not have what it takes to bring these old gems up to the condition in which they deserve.

He could very well be the best painter in the tri-state area - no kidding.

I called Mark to get an estimate to paint certain areas inside the house. The estimate was fair so when I decided to get the painting done I called and scheduled a time. He was on time and completed the work as in a timely manner. It seems like he takes great pride in his work because the job was well done. I didn't have to point out anything that needed touching up. I was also having a wood floor installed and he told me to call him if there was any touch up needed when the flooring people got done. I would recommend him. He did a great job.

I was amazed at the attention to detail and the care given to the work. It looks amazing, I never realized what actually goes into a quality paint job! I will NEVER strip wallpaper or paint a wall again, I absolutely plan to have him back to do more work as budget allows!

Mark Cole did an outstanding job for us. It is amazing what a steady and beautiful line a great painter can make! I mentioned that we had trouble with this particular paint drying too fast and that my husband had added a dryer inhibiter. Mr. Cole said it was a difficult paint due to that issue, but you sure couldn't tell it by the results ! My husband and I are both just ecstatic over the work. Mr. Cole is very intelligent and remembers everything you tell him - he had to work with four different paint colors and remembered where every one went, even when similar in shade. He does not rush work and makes sure caulk is dry before painting (he caulked in one short morning and came back the next day to paint). My husband is very much a perfectionist with his own work and the fact that Mr. Cole could get this done in the time he did, and with such a beautiful result, relieved my husband of a lot of time induced stress. Mr. Cole is also very friendly, interesting, and interested. We shared a few details of our other interests, which made the whole experience memorable and personal. I recommend Mr Mark Cole highly - he is worth every penny and more.

Mark arrived on time, worked carefully and with great attention to detail. Nothing I asked was too difficult for him! I am very pleased.

Mark had to clean my deck and screened in porch area. He had to tear down the old screen. He cleaned up all the old material that was stripped off and hauled it away. He did a wonderful job on staining my screened in porch. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone else that needed painting or handiwork done.

A large amount of time was spent prepping the house for the final coating of paint. I consider this to be an acceptable practice. Painting was performed with brush instead of spray. Some minor contract change occurred, but this was a result of house conditions. Estimate of completion time was understated, but given sub 100 degree temperature, I did not even want to be outside. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work and former experiences with other painters. Overall, I thought this to be a great experience.

Was a very professional job. neat and pleasant to be with. Will use him again when i need job for painting or wallpaper.

He arrived within 20 minutes of our agreed-upon time. First off, he helped me move all of the furniture and objects from the living room to a safe space. A key sign of his professionalism is that he took the time to patch ALL the holes in the walls from previous picture-hanging experiences and he also patched some anomalies around my windows so they were actually smooth and even on all sides. Another sign of his professionalism is that he strained the paint before he used it. He sanded, primed, and painted the room in 2 visits. The walls look great now! Not a drop of paint on my furniture, rugs, or walkways. He cleaned up after himself. He even gave me some tips on optimizing my stereo hook-up and helped me hang a chandelier in my daughter's room. Still, what he quoted me is what I paid. All in all, a very pleasant experience for me.

The price was very good, he was very professional and pleasant, and he took pride in his work. The quality of the work was very good as was the cleanup afterwards. I would use them again.
