 + -1 moreThe quality of the work performed was good. After Bradford completed their part of the construction another team came in to sheet rock the house. During their effort they discovered two plugs that had not been pulled. They rewired the plugs and pulled electric into the attic for Bradford to attach to the panel. When this was explained to Bradford they went to the city and pulled their permit stating that somebody else had performed work on the electric under their permit. They have refused to warrant their job and have not returned my phone calls. They never called me to discuss the problem they just stop taking my calls.
Description of Work: Replace electric throughout house.

 + 0 moreThe workmen were excellent and clean. Work from start to finish was timely.
Description of Work: Installed flood lights back and front of house, even tracking down mystery wiring that could be used in lieu of making new more expensive connections. Also installed front porch lighting that detailed taking down old and installing new. The last work was ensuring all outside electrical sockets worked correctly and that the existing surge ground faults were doing their jobs in switching off when needed.
