Mark showed up on time to inspect work to be done and provided estimate. Mike and Brandon did a thorough duct cleaning job. Global performed complete duct cleaning from 9AM to 6PM with 1 hour lunch on 04/16/2018. I am extremely satisfied with the job and Global returned to complete the job by bringing additional tools to cleanup the dryer duct. Both Mike and Brandon were very courteous, knowledgeable and responded to my questions. I have recommended Global to my neighbor and I will use them again.

I had old outdated equipment so I let these guys talk me into 17 seer system. They charged me between $12 or $13 thousand dollars. My units have never worked right. My upstairs will not cool above 79 degrees on a hot day no matter what. I had another company out to clean the units and they basically said that I got screwed. Cheap tape on the ducts, no cover on exhaust pipe, leaking ceilings. What a rip off. With my old units I at least stayed cool without 5 fans going.

I had a broken dryer pipe that was blowing lint all over my attic.my hot water heater is located right by the pipe sine lint is the no. 2 reason for house fire i was very lucky it was found. The company I hired fixed my pipe before I hired him to do my work he tokd me he could not leave knoning the pipe was broken.

They were very professional and did an excellent job on time and cleaned up all there mess

they did a pretty good job, but they gave me one price over the phone and when they came out it was a hundred more but overall they did good cleaning my vents so far.

They were very knowledgable and took care of the problem. I am very pleased! They removed 3 dead baby possums from my duct!!! I can now feel at ease knowing that the awful smell is gone!!!

The 2 men did the job with care of all surrounding furniture and cleaned up well from anything that fell from top vents. They took time to explain the procedures they would be doing. After completion they came back in to inspect all areas to insure nothing was out of order.

I was pleased at how nice the guys were and that they did everything they could to clean out the pipe for my dryer. It worked because my drying times are faster. They were very careful with my appliances and left my house just as they found it. I appreciate that Mark gave me his number just in case I had an extra problem. Thanks so much, and I will use this company in the future for duct cleaning.
