Every night we had to pick up after his guys working. Cigarette butts in the grass. Did not remove dirt from our rock bed from digging the holes. Killed a few spots in the grass from wood laying all over. He ordered the wrong spindles and of course, everyone was out of them so our second choice was gray instead of the black ones we wanted. They used crappy lumber and instead of getting different lumber they just used it. Looked like a beaver ate it. After they left and we paid them our son in law came over and pointed out all this stuff cause I do not know what to look for. That is why I paid a professional to do it. Well, they are far from professional. The front stairs moved when u walked on it. The stringers on the back steps were cracked thru the middle. A piece came off so they took the piece and screwed it back in. They just left it until I saw it. They cut into our trim on the house and di not even seal it until I said something. They installed a door and now I just noticed the light is coming thru. So I messaged him about that and said the door looks broke and we did not install it that way. Refuses to come back and fix the stuff says it will be $100 an hour for the stuff we already paid him $9,000 to do.

LIke similar reviewers, poor/improper workmanship on grout work. Grout is crumbling away on bathroom floor due to improper mixture and no underlay was put down prior to tile install, just put tile on top of wood floor. Also, had them put vinyl plank on stairs and that is coming up due to wrong adhesive being used. They refused to come back and properly fix their errors, only wanted to do a band aid fix.

Drew was dependable and showed up to do a small job. I have experienced that often people do not want to do small jobs, so either do not come when they said they would or don't show up @ all for an estimate.

Disappointed with this company. Had my kitchen backsplash done months ago. Immediately the grout started to crumble between the tile and the countertop. I sent them pictures and they said they would have to silicone it. Well I never heard back from them. Last month I again contacted them thinking their busy time should be over and they should be able to fit me in. They responded quickly stating they could get to it in the next couple of weeks. Like I said, that was last month. Disappointed. Will now hire someone to finish the job they started and were paid for.

They were quick and friendly.
