I would recommend Kessler Plumbing to anybody that asks me for a good plumber! They were here withing 2 hours of when I called! Deamond was the tech that showed up and he was very professional, knew what he was doing and I'm very happy with his work!

Couldn't have been better. The plumber was friendly, new what he was doing and dine in an hour.

I decided to replace two water heaters before age and environment took their toll. I contacted three plumbing contractors including Kessler Plumbing. All three called me back within the day. All three gave me a quote within 24 to 48 hours. Two of the three gave me a very good feeling and both of those quotes were within $150 of each other. I decided on Kessler Plumbing and I am extremely pleased with my decision. The guys were on time, professional, very tolerant of my questions, and handled the removal of the two old units, and reinstallation with ease.

We realized after a few days that his guys left their tool in our yard. I called him to let them know that. That was his chance to apologize for his rudeness. I would have forgiven him and used him again. He never did, so I will never use his company again.

Just as they said it would. I'm very pleased.

Three hours for almost $ 500.00- that's expensive! The job was not completed since more parts were needed, however, I will search for another plumber who is more reasonable.

I first had plumbers sent out by my home warranty service to fix my clogged drains (Showers were not draining). After snaking they could not get the water to drain. When they saw that I did not have a ground level clean out (because they believed the clog was further down the line) they quoted me $575 to install one!! Luckily I called Kessler Plumbing to get a "ballpark" cost idea and what would all entail. After answering all my questions and thoroughly walking through the process and costs I was able to easily schedule an appointment with them the next day. The promptly called me 30 minutes before their arrival and met me at my house. It took about an hour to install the ground cover cleanout and SUCCESSFULLY snake my line and the showers were draining perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them. They did not take advantage and overcharge me (especially with me being a young female). I will be using them again.

On day on e the plumber had to arrive early to remove the sink first so the counter top technician could do his work. The plumber was on time and completed the sink removal and bathroom faucet replacements professionally without any mess any in a timely manner. We realized we had a problem with a leak in the garden tub faucet while the plumber was here, he diagnosed the problem quickly and made a recommendation to fix it with the least cost. The coordination with the countertop refinishing was important on day 2 and we had asked that they not arrive until around 4PM to install the new sink and faucet. The plumber arrived at the time we requested completed the work very professionally without disturbing our recently resurfaced counter tops. It was a great job we would recommend Kessler plumbing unconditionally.

Promptly returned our phone call requesting service. Deamond was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to make repair without any difficulty.

Everything is working great now. They did a good job. We are very pleased with Kessler Plumbing.

BEWARE BEWARE SHOP AROUND!!!! First Kessler is expensive and you expect that for a weekend call but it was pretty clear to me when I scheduled them the likelihood they'd charge me for only and hour was pretty slim and sure enough I had to pay for two plus the weekend premium on top of the hourly rate. i also asked if I could apply any Angie's list coupons or any other coupons and I was told no they have them but cant apply them for a weekend call. After paying the price i expected that my drain was set and the problem that was caused by my tenants was fixed. I expected that they got everything that was clogging my drain for the $340 i paid them. That did not happen. Within a couple of days the water ran slow again until the drain was completely clogged about 5 days later. When I called back they told me they did not warranty their work and their was no option for a return visit without paying their very high prices again. I would not recommend this plumber or this company to anyone. Stay away from them Kessler Plumbing LLC is really good at taking your money and offering a lot of mumbo jumbo yadda yadda yadda abut what they cant do and cant proivide but in my experience not at all good a solving the plumbing problem I regret using them and wish I had not jumped at the them because they could get to my house quickly and becasue they have good reviews on Angie's List. I did not get the A rated experience that others have claimed. BEWARE BEWARE.

John was exceptional. He explained exactly what he was doing, and he was prompt and professional.

Requested service just this morning. Technician called before service time and arrived promptly. Very professional, polite and informative young man. I was very impressed with him. I was very satisfied with technician, service and price. Will definitely use Kessler Plumbing LLC again and would highly recommend this company.

Tuesday morning I found my toilet leaking. I called Kessler Plumbing right away. Although my call went to voicemail I got a return call within 10 minutes. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told to expect someone between 11-1. Well, at 1015 the next day they called me and told me they were on the way!!! YAY!! John showed up at my house a few minutes before I was able to get home. He was courteous and polite. I told him that I had a leaking pipe in the bathroom and some other plumbing issues I was hoping he could address. Well, he fixed what I thought was a bad pipe..turned out to be the toilet...right away. Already had the parts available. He then helped me with issues I had in my other bathrooms. He also, took the time to explain to me why I was having issues with my tankless water heater and fixed those problems too!! I would recommend them instantly. Great Service and a Great Price!!

The repair man was very easy to work with, punctual and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

First of all, he was there when he said he would be! He did all of the work quickly and was very pleasant.

The service was excellent. They called at the very beginning of the 2 hr window they provided and promptly showed up 30 min later. The install was quick (about 2 hours) and it was professionally done. At the end, the installer explained the warranty information and how to properly register the water heater.

I have a drainage system in my yard to carry off storm water. When I saw that I had diminished flow in two of the lines I called Kessler Plumbing. John came out the next day and cleared out the system with a power rooter. Job went smoothly and professionally. Kessler is my "go to" plumbing company for all my plumbing needs because of the excellent service I get every time.

Gregg put my mind at ease by explaining why roaches were coming out of a sink overflow and how to correct it. He fixed the drain lever which was not working properly and raised the temperature of my water heater which was worth the cost of the service call alone. Gregg explained that I needed to run the hottest water in the sink and tub of this unused bathroom weekly which should kill any roaches in the pipes..

John from Kessler Plumbing very professional, called when he was on the way. Explained to me that the heat exchanger was bad and needed to be replaced. John looked into the replacement cost, after calling Rinai, John was able to find out the heat exchanger was still under warranty. To make a long story short, I only had to pay for labor to replace the part. Grand total: $ 240.00

Very well. Kessler Plumbing was knowledgeable about options to correct the problem. While the work was delayed for a short time, it was due to the vendor supplying the fixtures. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went great! Arrived on time, explained how repairs would be done, and gave me an estimate to make the repairs. We have used Kessler Plumbing in the past, and have always been happy with their work. We will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a bad plug between the first and second floors. The new toilet was leaking around the base and causing rain to come down from the first floor ceiling. The new toilet had been improperly installed, which caused the leak. While he had the toilet removed he fixed the plug with this really impressive piece of equipment. He put everything back together properly. Toilet now flushes and if it gets clogged again it should not leak from around the base. He was at our home for about two hours. Kessler Plumbing responded to my first request via Angie's List messaging service, at 11:00 at night! They showed up the following day and I was really pleased with the quick turn around. Price was more than fair and the John, the plumber, was polite and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I live out of state so I used Angie?s List to find a plumber to replace my aging sewer line. I reviewed the listings and narrowed it down to two companies. After speaking to both I felt that Kessler Plumbing was the right fit for my needs. Gregg was very prompt at going out and surveying the property. He answered all of my questions & provided an estimate. The work was completed as scheduled. While replacing my 40 year old sewer line (which was badly deteriorated) he found that there was also a problem on the county side of the line. He contacted the county and waited for them to come out and run a camera through their line. Thanks to Gregg the county is in the process of repairing their line. Gregg also provided pictures before and after the work was completed. Having to hire service providers over the phone is always a little scary but with his good reviews on Angie?s List, email & speaking to him over the phone I found him to be trustworthy and professional.
