They are very polite. They return their calls quickly. They try their best to work with your schedule. They try to come out and do service when it is most convenient for me.

I think that this system works great. It really keeps the termites away which in the long run saves me money. I would recommend them to do the work for anyone as they are very detailed and make sure to answer all of your questions.

Job 1: Friendly, professional, on time each visit...no insect has crawled since he left! Job 2: Each month, they call before they come to make sure I am home and if I am not they are great with letting me reschedule. I have been very pleased with them and plan on having them come out in the summer time to also get rid of the fire ants in our backyard. They are very professional and all around a great company that will work with you to solve the problem.

Thomas does very well with the inspections. They have had to treat a couple times for roaches and ants which cost an additional $75 but well worth it. If I need them, they will come out immediately. As for the inspections, they do great. They show up on time and they are always prepared just in case they have to treat. They are also every reliable. I pay them yearly for this service.

This pest control company has been handling our insect problem for more than thirty years. In all that time they have not failed to get rid of any insects we have encountered. The technicians are always on time for the appointment and listen to us when we tell them where we have seen the bugs. The application takes no longer than thirty minutes, and if the bugs reappear, they will come right over.

Even though they come monthly, Thompson's only checks outside for bugs three times a year. We haven't noticed any bugs in between, but they would come if we needed them to. We've used them several years and are very happy with them. They charge every other month.
