All My Sons Moving & Storage

Several heavy boxes that were to go upstairs were at the bottom of stacks downstairs. I didn't see them until I unpacked the boxes on top. Since I can't carry them I have to unpack and carry the items upstairs in several trips with my bad knee which I was trying to avoid. But, the movers were all very nice, polite, and considerate of each other and myself. It was overall a very positive experience.

This company contacted me within a couple of seconds after signing up on Home Advisor needing a moving company, they never sent an estimator to look at all I had to move, I kept repeating it was a lot and I could not pack it all due to a recent leg surgery. They insisted they had it, not to stess. They sent 2 guys and 1 girl to my home the morning of the move, 1 guy was sick, he left after exposing us to his virus! The 2 people left knew nothing about how to pack and load a house properly! After a couple of hours they finally sent another guy to help. The move was drug out all day, they wanted to schedule for a second day, the way they had packed the truck they couldn't get anymore on the 1st truck so they said. Cost me $2300 the 1st day, I booked the 2nd day in a panic, my husband said no way we'll do it and then called the dispatcher right back within 3 mins to cancel for the 2nd day, they did NOT return my $100 deposit for the 2nd day. We ended up paying some local boys to help finish the move. I was so stressed out over the entire situation I was in tears. I used a different moving company to move the same stuff into that house 3 years before and they did it in 1 truck for $700 but they weren't available for my move dates. I soooo wish I had been able to wait a month for them. But these guys called me after visiting home advisor looking for a moving company and regrettably I did not have time to read reviews on them. They damaged furniture, broke knobs off dressers, dropped my upright freezer and refrigerator, packed stuff from rooms all over the house in same boxes. Nothing was labeled that the 1st guy & girl packed. And things loaded into the new house incorrectly. No appliances were hooked up. Kitchen boxes in the bedroom & LR, Vice versa!!! I will not ever use or recommend this outfit to anyone else! Stay away!!!!

I was to have 3 movers and a supervisor. Technically I had 2 awesome hard workers, while the supervisor and their cousin pretty much watched the other two work their tails off. That was disappointing. And I m sure the lack of one person added to the time the move took - not sure if that was part of the plan or not.

They quoted 3 hours with 3 men. Ended up with two inexperienced ones. Took 12 hours, charged me for 10. Went off my driveway, got stuck twice. My electrician was here pulled them out twice then backed the truck up for them. Could not drive the truck people in office were rude and arrogant when I complained about that and the actual charge. Terrible company to do business with, even the workers commented that they always tell people less time than it actually takes to get the job. Would not recommend, still waiting to here from them about repairing my driveway.

The company was horrible. When I called them they gave me a price. I gave them a list of items i needed to moved. They gave me a price and stating I need to put a deposit down. I put the deposit down. The day of the moving I had someone at the house for the move. Next thing I know they said i have to pay before they started. I had no problem paying. The problem is the price I was given double on arrival. I contacted the office and spoke to the manager. He was so nasty with me on the phone. He went on to say that they sent me an email of the new price an hour prior to arrival and if i decided not to use there services i will not get a refund on the deposit and hung up the phone. The job was not done nor did I got my refund. My apartment was less than 5 minutes from the house i was moving too. I would not hire them or recommended that company.

Great experience, professional, reasonable. I'd use them again without question. Beats "do-it-yourself" hands down!

Salesman said mover would pack my lamps. They just stuck all of the lamps, including a CRYSTAL pair, in a box and covered the lamps with a moving pad. Needless to say, my gorgeous crystal lamps are very badly chipped!
