Claims coming some night this week. • Asked about robot cleaner that broke on December 23rd. Claiming because I broke it they can not swap it out or refund me. • Light may be in on Thursday • To date Caroline still has not had the permit pulled for the heater. Currently 7 months from signing of contract to date have paid $49,200.00 February 4th – Still have not heard about the heater or the other items not installed. February 4th- Called Pentair myself and was told the items were never registered. • Was not told or instructed by Oasis that they needed to be registered • Went on Pentair website registered all the products and started a claim for the heather and cleaner • Contacted Oasis and asked for an invoice for the heater that was never provided • Claims started by Pentair and sent to local reps for service February 8th – Service man looked at the heater and the ignitor is fine there is an issue with the gas flow. Needs to test the gas pressure. February 10th-Contacted electrician to fix the outlets that were not properly installed by Carolines Electrician. • Heard “good news” after six months the light will be in and will be installed next week February 12th- Had contractor look at outlet • Outlet not grounded • Outlet not GFI as needed by code • Outlet hot on both sides • Gas line not grounded • Heater not grounded properly • Electrical box doesn’t shut properly • Electric not grounded properly? • 100 amp going to pool and 130 amps in the box • No copy of the building permit or gas and electrical • No inspection of gas or electrical February 22nd- Had Viper Electric fix the problems with the electrical panel. $285 February 24th – Still have not seen anyone from Oasis. Claims this week light will be put in. February 24th- Serviceman hired by Pentair looked at heater and the wrong size pipe was used and is not Letting enough gas flow to fire heater. February 28th-Light being put in this week. This is Three weeks after were told it would be put in. • 21 Weeks behind when told it would be completed.
