The Carolinas Fireplace technician did a good job in diagnosing and fixing the problem I was having with my gas logs. He also recommended replacing the rocks under the logs which I had him do. He cleaned up the fireplace and glass as part of his service. I would recommend Carolinas Fireplace for this type of service.

Giovanni did an amazing job! He was patient, explained every step, and gave me various options with a few different prices. I had water that was standing and water logged grass in a valley on the side of my home. He build two downspout drains and a beautiful sidewalk, and kept me posted the entire project. I was very pleased with the results .

Out of the innumerable contractors we have hired to work on our house in the past few years, these guys were definitely standouts. The principal of the company came to us with an initial CAD design for a backyard Travertine patio and worked through several iterations of the design until we were fully satisfied prior to beginning the work. He worked with our budget to devise a plan that would be both beautiful and cost-effective. This particular project was a bit challenging since his team was tasked with melding the new design and material with existing stonework. The result was absolutely brilliant. They listened to our input and produced a result superior to what was conceived. They used professional alignment tools including laser sights. They did not take short-cuts and ensured that the land was level with several layers of rock and sand prior to laying the stone. During the build, I provided suggestions for creating stairs via stepping stones, and the team managed to perfectly achieve the desired aesthetic. They also managed to complete the project in just a few days - which required a fairly large amount of labor. I would highly recommend Carolinas Fireplace and Outdoor Solutions for your next project. They are quickly becoming the go-to company for our neighborhood, and you can definitely tell who has used them, because their backyards look the nicest.

Geo and his crew are exceptional. They work hard to assure everything goes right. They repaired my fireplace and floors did stone work on the face and it turned out beautiful. Would recommend them to anyone who needs fireplace repair.

Gio and his team do exceptional work. I have hired him to do several jobs and each time he exceeds my expectations. Gio listens carefully and creates amazing stone structures. He and his team are true craftsmen. What I also like about the way they work is that they clean up each evening and do not leave trash/a mess in the yard while the project is ongoing. I do not give out 5-star reviews easily, but these guys did a fantastic job. They were prompt, polite, and bent over backward to give us exactly what we wanted. They worked within their quote despite issues they ran into during demo and install. Giovanni and team were worth every penny and we could not be happier with the result.

I saw his team s work first hand, so I knew it was something I was interested in.
