This was a insulation removal and was done in neat and professional manner. I will call them for reinstall.

These guys removed blown insulation from Helene We had a huge oak break into our living room and the rain caused several other places to drop ceiling tile and insulation. Koala could not have nicer and helped me quickly and for a fair fee. The guys who came out worked hard,were respectful and explained their process so I could understand. My highest recommendation for this company.

Uwe and his wife were very friendly, and they worked with me to begin with.. But as workers of this company were upset, they didn't do the work correctly, and not communicating and showing up as I was informed. I asked Uwe to call me back, to tell him I would like for him to see the work on my crawl space, and I can't get him to see the encapsulation.. I spent a lot of money for this encapsulation and insulation that I guess I am going to have to get redone.. This is HORRIBLE of a company that I thought stood behind their product and quality of workmanship.. I trusted Uwe and the reviews of Koala Insulation.. I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We took 3 bids, koala was the mid range bid but was within $75 of low bid and we chose koala b/c of professionalism and knowledge. Very professional except one aspect. When the installer arrived he asked if the bid man had mentioned any of the hazard warnings, I had to answer he had not. He informed me that the home should not be inhabited for 24 hrs during curing time. If however it is just one room ( which ours was just under the floor space of our enclosed back porch) that room should be avoided for 24 hrs. Easy for us , we just had to close the glass sliding door to the porch. Smell is very mild, we went with 3 inches of closed cell. Everyone was very professional, informative and polite. $1,425 for 240 sq ft of 3 inches closed cell under our enclosed porch.
