We also had a solar fan installed on the roof. We had a very positive experience beginning with the salesman to the guys who did the work. The salesman was very professional and thorough. The guys who did the work were punctual and very polite. After the work was completed, the lead guy showed us pictures of the completed job.

These guys showed up promptly and got the job done well at a reasonable price. Hard to find these days!

Awesome customer service. They emailed me and text to let me know they were coming for the appraisal and the installation. The installer text me on the day of service and also after the service was completed. Sales checked with me to make sure I was happy with the job. Communication was A++!

When the representative came to give us an estimate, he sit down not trying to do a quick sales pitch but he explained how his company worked what they offered. He then went to the attic, took several pictures of the attic to show us what it looked like before doing the job. He then explained the difference in the types of insulation so that we would know what our options were. After the job was don, the technicians took after the job was completed to show us what was done. Any thing that needed to be taken care of was done. The service was excellent. The technicians arrived on time. WeI received a text message letting me know what time that the would arrive. Not only were they professional, they were also respectful. When they entered the house, they immediately put plastic on the floor to protect the carpet. They kept the area clean while they were working. The owner was always available to answer any questions that I had. The work was completed and I am extremely happy. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I canâ t say anything bad. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would . I guess you can say that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Koala Insulation!
