It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I didn't pay any additional. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do so it was good.

Very impressed with the man performing the work. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and my door works much better now.

The bulk of the time here was spent trying to sell us other services at what appeared to be outrageous prices without substantiating that these services were even necessary. It was rather obvious that his main concern was to sell us some other service rather than perform a thorough inspection and tune up. Though $39 doesn't sound like a lot of money, the "services" performed were not worth that much. We guess we should consider ourselves lucky that we didn't have to pay their regular price for these "services". We would definitely not recommend this provider to friends, neighbors or other Angie's List members.

It was okay, and I had a lot more work done than just the cost of the big deal. They told us that we needed a lot more things done before they could fulfill the big deal. They had to come back later and adjust a few things as well.

They did an excellent job and we are pleased with the work.

The mechanic was supposed to be here at 4 and he got here around 4:45. When he came, he didn?t have the Big Deal order. He asked if I had my order # and I had them online but not outside with me. I advised the technician that it was paid but he was unable at the time to find the record. He reassured me that I wouldn?t be billed, but Precision Door billed me anyway. It wasn't obvious to me that he was inspecting. He sprayed lubricant on the chain and pulleys. In the past I had the doors modified by them for wind protection, but he was unable to find the paperwork. He said I needed stronger springs and I asked why that hadn?t been done in the past. I asked how much it would cost and it sounded exorbitant. I have since talked to another provider and they were a lot more reasonable and helpful. When I got the bill, which I wasn't supposed to get since I'd already paid, I told them I wouldn?t pay the invoice because it had already been paid. I copied my order number from the Big Deal and sent it back to them. I also told them that I was disappointed in the service.

I was leaving for work and as I backed out of drive way noticed garage door did not completely closed. As I reentered the garage noticed the cable had snapped.I called Percision and to my surprise given a 4:00 pm appointment, the same day I called. Because I belonged to Angie's list the service fee was waived. Great job at a great price. I would definitely recommend anduse this service again.

We have just moved into a 10 year old home and the single double car garage door was very loud and off balance when it opened and closed. We knew it needed work but contracted to do a tune up so that they could decide whethe new rollers/wires needed to be replaced. The did. The company was on time, Very professional, and provided good feedback on what needed to be done by showing us the warn parts. Did a great job and would work with them again.

Did not use them since Overhead door company offered what I believe to be the identical door for 70% ($500 less) of the price

After discovering that a squirrel had eaten a hole through our chimney, the Wildlife Solutions tech, did a thorough inspection of my home and discovered evidence that there had been snakes and some rodents who had gotten into the garage because the weather stripping at the bottom of the door was worn away. The door had also been very inconsistent in opening and closing with the remote as well as with the control box inside the garage. I hadn't used the door in months. I called Precision that same day and scheduled an appt for a few days later based on my schedule as this wasn't a imminent emergency. Andy called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on the way, arrived promptly, gave me his recommendations and explained why the repairs would require replacement of several parts. After repairing the door, he was not able to immediately replace the weather stripping because he did not have the type that would fit this door because it was such an old model, but let me know that he would check to see what was available and get back to me. He checked, called with the information and price, called on his way and finished the job. Throughout the service he was always professional, courteous and friendly. I would have no hesitation in calling him again. It was one of the best experiences I have had with any repair service.

I gave a B because he did not call about the time of his arrival and he was nearly 30 minutes late. I also sent an email beforehand asking for key chain remotes for my garage door and emailed the type I had, the tech knew nothing about this and had no keychain remotes to fit my door. Other than that I have used them in the past and been very happy

I ended up spending quite a bit more, but on the first door, I needed the sensor eye replaced to make it work correctly. I called back and got the same special a week later. This time I had the whole door overhauled. Both doors work quietly, smoothly and the overhaul came with a lifetime warranty. Nice, professional technician.

They did a good job and we ended up buying more. We also got a good warranty.

The technician called to let me know he was en route to my house and the approximate time of arrival. He was on time and prepared with the correct equipment to get the job immediately. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He told me exactly what he was going to do. I told him the problem I was having with the door. He found the problem, explained it to me and what my options were. We discussed price to repair the door and he advised me of all the options. He had the part on the truck, repaired the door right away and left the area clean.

I contacted Precision Doors; they contacted me and scheduled the appointment. The installer came on time and installed the key pad. He was very professional and asked us is there anything else he could do. We were very impressed. We will definitely use them in the future when needed.

The new do is much quieter and the garage door opener works farther away. The quality is great and we wish they could have replaced both doors. Their service was great and we have no complaints. They worked well with us and our insurance company. He came and had everything he needed on the truck to complete the job. He cleaned up well and left nothing behind.

Andy March arrived promptly on time at 8am, as promised. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He was patient with my requests, question, and with his explanations. When Andy arrived at 8am on the dot, he was greeted by my friendly but barking dog. He was clearly a dog person, and passed my dog's friend test. Andy was courteous and neat, and immediately got to work, examining, cleaning, and lubricating my garage door and opener. After the examination, Andy recommended a number of preventive services, which I turned down at this time, and then he installed and programmed the keyless entry. He finished promptly, then showed me how to work it, as well as to to program it on my own, so that I can change the entry code from the default. The instructions also suggest that when I change batteries, it may be necessary to re-program the unit. I was very happy with this service, and I will consider using Precision Garage Door Service when I'm ready to perform maintenance or to replace my existing garage door opener.

Everything went fine. They were on time for the appointment and scheduling went smoothly. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete.
