There was no cost because we signed up for a maintenance program where they come out twice a year and check our heating and then our air conditioning in the Spring. I used two other services before getting them and they were heads and shoulders above the rest. I will absolutely use them again.

Called to get service contract and they said they would send us agreement. Never received anything. If this is representative of the service then maybe I am glad.

The story is not over yet.

We had initially called several Heating/Cooling companies to our residence because we had smelled a burning smell originating from our heatpump. Morelli was the third company we had called to investigate the source of the burning and provide a quote for the work. Each contractor had indicated that the return air was too small for the unit, but Morelli was the only contractor that did not attempt to scare my wife into thinking our house was about to burn down or that our heatpump needed to be replaced (only 7yrs old). Morelli sent a technician to our home and the company representative was in contact with us within 24 hours to suggest a repair and recommendations. We received 3 quotes total from 3 different companies to replace the duct work in full and service the unit. Brian from Morelli was the only person who actually listened to the customer and appeared to take a sincere interest in the problem, but most importantly was never condescending. He was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls.
After we received 3 quotes, Morelli's quote was about $800-1000 higher than the other 2 quotes. But the Morelli quote actually matched my personal estimate of the repair. We chose Morelli for two reasons: 1) their people are professional 2) their quote was realistic and not likely to be a deceptive ruse that would ultimately lead to unforseen costs to the customer once the job was completed.
Once we had signed a contract with Morelli, we had set a date for the repair and were told what to expect. Three technicians arrived on time and proceeded to work. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. The total job took 4.5 days, but during that time they had installed window air conditioning units to ensure we would have a comfortable environment while the AC was out of service. The customer rep, Brian, was constantly available to answer questions. Most important, he never seemed to grow irritated of my emails and phone calls. There was very good communication with the technicians on site. When the job was finished the technicians cleaned-up the area very well and upon inspection under the home, the work was top-notch. My wife and I were very pleased with their work. The bill for the work exactly matched the quote and there were no hidden fees. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to hire an honest HVAC contractor that does A+ work. They are not the cheapest, but they do not do cheap work either. Finally, I have to state that Brian is by far the best person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He is professional and does a great service for the Morelli company and represents the business very well.
To conclude the original issue for the call, the burning smell is gone and we now have well-balance airflow in the home.

Excellent service, no hidden fees or anything, the scheduler was right on it, called when they were comming, promised a tech would come that day and he did, before noon. Fixed the problem easy and I will use them again.

I interviewed and got estimates from three companies to perform the work that we needed in our home. Believe me when I tell you that it's no easy feat to install a 21st century hvac system in a 200 year old house! Morelli was extremely professional from beginning to end. They provided a detailed estimate with several different options, clear pricing, and were available to answer all of our questions. They also happened to be the least expensive of all the companies we interviewed. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, courteous and clean. Now that the job is finished, we have a comfortably cool house and it was worth every penny we spent. I would highly recommend Morelli to anyone.

Initially, I was billed for $210. for a service call. As soon as I paid the billed, they appoligised and sent a refund check. They stand behind their products and their service. I'm very happy with Morelli.

They have done a good job. I've used another company who I was not happy with. It was a very good experience working with them. They performed everything we needed them to do. Punctuality was very good.

I have been very happy with them. They are real responsive, very professional and I recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

fair price for emergency call and repair

They did a great job on the installation. We have used them several times in the past and have always had good luck with them. They seem to get the job done the first time around. There was one time when one of their guys had forgotten to plug something up tight in the attic and it had caused some mold to grow and did some damage to the ceiling. We had gotten someone out to fix it and it had cost around $5000 for the repair. They had totally taken care of the bill as they said that it was their fault. I don't think you find company's like this everyday.
