I was extremely happy with the service. Quick and friendly response from the company. The plumber was very attentive and informative. He actually saved us a lot of money. He got the manufacturer to replace the parts for free instead of buying from Lowes and saved us $50. He advised how we could move the washer/dryer ourselves and save several hundred dollars. He completed the job and all work was done to our satisfaction.

My experience was okay. I would give them B+. I would use them in the future.

They did a really good job and did a few other small jobs for me as well. They solved a problem without having to redo the entire stairs.

Steve explained the disconnect and to be honest , that is all it was , I was expecting someone to come do the job from start to finish and my father had different ideas, we are working out the purchase of a doggie door and then will reschedule with this company for the install . Very nice to have the owners, go the extra step to work this out ! Thank You , Steve.

Went well, worked efficiently and did an excellent job on all repairs. We had also used them before for other services which were done in a very timely and efficient, professional manner.

I called to try to make an appointment and due to our work schedules could only do an afternoon or Saturday. The afternoon times they offered didn't work so the woman said she could get us in on a Saturday but had to check with a contractor to see who would be available on which Saturday. We never heard from her again. I called someone else who did the job for us within 2 days of my call. I would not recommend this company and I certainly will never call them again.

I was happy with the price and work. Everything was on time. I was quite pleased with them. The quality was fine. They were very professional.

Handyman Connection is always an "A." There was no cost for an evaluation for him to come out and take a look at what might need done for some sort of maintenance. There were no issues.

As always, Ted is amazing. He always comes in under budget and does a great job. He communicates well and will get any of the necessary hardware to complete the job. He is just a pleasure to work with and is meticulous in his work.

John King did the work and did a very professional job. He did it quickly and replaced inferior work done by a previous plumber. He did some plumbing work about a year ago and this is why I requested him for the work. I have another kitchen sink to replace at another house and will use him again because of his attention to detail and quick work. Thanks John for a great job!

We had Ted as our craftsman and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was very forth coming. He offered suggestions beyond what we could have come up with. He worked efficiently, even through cold weather. Our back porch looks 100x better than when he started. He also fixed every little thing inside the house that we could think of, from a broken bracket on a ceiling fan to a bad pocket door and everything in between. We would highly recommend Ted! The only thing that wasn't 100% was the communication on the part of the office. Ted had told them he was unavailable one day and they scheduled him to come to the house that day anyway. It turned out not to be a big deal on our end, and I hope that is an anomaly on the contractor's end. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied.

Ted was excellent. Came in under budget and had to make two trips for additional hardware to ensure a safe install. Everything he did is outstanding and he was very professional and easy to work with. This was new construction so many items were left undone and had to be completed prior to taking possession. I highly recommend Handyman Connection.

Brendan showed up on time the previous day and gave me a quote. He was not aware of the light bulb replacement. He came the next day right on time and started work. The water lines he worked on were for the washer/dryer. During the work he dropped a part down the drain line and had to cut it off to get to the part. I had a piece of 2" PVC and a connector so he didn't have to take time off to go to the store. He was at my house for a total of about 4 hours. The work looks good and no water leaks. He did have to shut the water off at the water meter in the front yard, but when he finished and left my house he left the wrench to open and close the water line still in the meter box and the remote meter stuff laying in the yard. I called the office and told them and they said that he would come back to get his wrench. The price seemed high at around $100.00 per hour for 4 hours work and some of that time was to fix the drain line.

Appointment and follow through were very accomodating to our schedules. We would hire them again due to the outcome and ease of use.

Arrived when scheduled, provided estimate, did requested work. All done professionally and well.

The physical work itself looks fine, and six months later appears to be holding. My issue was with the handyman that was sent to me. I had to take off work to be at the appointment, the handyman showed up 30 minutes late with no phone call or anything. He then didn't have the right part to do the work, even though I had explained over the phone what the issue was so he should have come prepared. He then had me look up a parts store on my phone to see if they were open... sorta felt like he should have been doing that. He scheduled a time with me to come the next day with the proper parts to fix it since the parts store wasn't open. The next day he arrived an HOUR late. Again, I had to take time off work for this appointment, so this was a major inconvenience to me and again, no phone call to say he was running late or anything. In general, his attitude seemed really "whatever" like he didn't care at all about the work. I felt as if I was inconveniencing him and it was awkward. He also left drywall dust all over my stovetop which I then had to clean after he left before going back to work. I had him give me a quote for more work and even though the price was reasonable I don't think I will be using him for that service. I now receive regular junk mail from this company as well as junk emails. :/

He was punctual, friendly, explained everything well, and did amazing work. Better than new! We can't wait to hire him again for other carpentry jobs.

Scott called me the day before and told me that they'd have someone by at 9 AM ET that morning. Randy was the name of the guy and he was right on time. I showed him what I wanted done, he took 10 minutes to get an estimate together and said he could start ASAP. He explained that labor would be around $420 and I'd need to reimburse Handyman Connection and then I need to reimburse him for the materials. He said he needed to be reimbursed that day. The price was too high but I was in a bind and needed some stuff done quickly. The work was done in around 4 hours and Randy called and said "I need to get back to the house and settle up". Not very professional and I was at work, so that caused some problems. He knocked the labor price down since he did it faster than he originally thought. Still $350 for 4 hours of work hanging wire shelving seems extreme. Also, it's ridiculous that I had to write two separate checks- one to Handyman Connection and one to Randy. The work was OK, but I was very underwhelmed by the professionalism of Randy. Handyman Connection should have all the money paid to them and then settle up with their employees separately. That should not be the job of the person receiving the job.

They sent a painter out named Yani. He was friendly and courteous, and walked through the house with me to outline the work. Within 20 minutes he had called the office and provided a written estimate. I thought the price was on the high side, but Yani assured me he was an excellent custom painter - and so I went with it. We agreed on a start date, and I signed the estimate. He gave me a rough estimate on time of completion at the beginning of the job, and during the job - he did call to ask if it were ok to take Sunday off - and I was ok with that. It took an extra day or two to complete the job - but I told him up front I wasn't on a tight timeline, so this was ok. Yani did the best interior paint work I've ever seen, and I am glad we hired him. The paint looked perfect! His repairs to the outside work and caulking were also very good. In the end, I probably could have gotten a few other quotes and possibly saved a few hundred dollars, but I feel it was worth the price we paid in the end of the quality of work he did. My only minor complaint, which we noticed after the fact - was that there were a lot of tiny specs of paint on the bathtub and floor in the bathroom that looked like they had splattered off of the roller and my wife had a difficult time scrubbing that off. I hadn't noticed it before we "signed off" on the job, or I would have brought it to his attention and asked him to clean it up. Not a spoiler for the whole job, but a minor issue. Overall, I was pleased with our experience and I would recommend them to someone who is not looking just for the cheapest way to get the job done, but is willing to pay a little extra for a quality job.

I contacted The Handyman Connection on Monday morning to make an appoint for a craftsman to assess the level of effort/cost for installing a prehung door and hardware, which I purchased from a third party. The dispatcher arranged for John, the craftsman, to come over to my house within 2 hours of the call. John was professional and courteous. He gave me a fair estimate of for labor/parts and installed the door within within 4 hours. This included travel time he needed to go to Home Depot and get what he needed. The door looks and works great and I am very pleased with the service Handyman Connection provided. I have a couple other jobs I talked about with John and plan to use HC's services in the future. I highly recommend HC for this kind of work. I'm pleased.

Excellent service! A highly skilled craftsman, Benjamin Graves, was assigned to my project, and at my house, just a few days after my request for service. Ben did a great job! Very knowledgeable, quite professional. Completed the job in just a day and a half; one that another local contractor had totally screw-up. Ben knew exactly what needed to be done to correct all the errors and leave me with a high-quality finished product. I have used them multiple times over the past few years for everything from electrical to plumbing, large jobs & small, and have always been very happy with their services & with the craftsmen they employ. I highly recommend Handyman Connection for any project you might have. And, will definitely request Ben for my next construction-type project!

Brendan showed up promptly with parts he thought he needed,inspected the situation and went right to work. Very pleased with how well everything looked and how speedily he was able to accomplish things. Would not hesitate to use him again.

It went fine. On time. Mostly the same day I called them. Very professional. Pleasant. I had a few different men for different jobs. And they were all good in their job. I would call them gain if the time needs it
