They did quality work, were in our budget, prompt and professional.

They showed up on time and I was pleased with their work.

They installed a tv over the fireplace. I already had the mounting unit as we had it installed in our prior house. We did not have any wiring available in that area and they mounted the tv and ran the wires through the chimney wall. I needed some extra cables which he bought for me and the end result was a nicely mounted unit.

David was wonderful! I will use his services again. I already have a list of more things to repair, or replace. When the budget allows..I will give Handyman Connection a call again!

When I called Sara answered and explained the process to me. I love when you get an actual person on the phone. She gave me the name of the person and the date and time. She said if I was ready to start the work they could start it right away. They gave me a day and time the worker would come out and they sent Benjamin to do the job. I explained my vision for the project as it was not a standard job. He would have to really customize the work to fit the area I needed. I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure how it would turn out. It came out exactly as I had hoped for! Very professional, cleaned up the area, and I would definitely use this service again.

The professional (David) showed up on time. He was very polite and friendly. His quality of work was great and he was fast at it! The price was a little high I think. He cleaned up after the job was finished and the job turned out exactly how I wanted it.

I contacted the Handyman Connection through their website, and they got back to me within 24 hours. I detailed our needs and scheduled an appointment for the handyman to come by. Our handyman was David Loughman. He checked out the extent of the work that we wanted done, called their office, and gave us an acceptable estimate, so he started work right away. David was very polite and professional, and even gave me some really good advice on how to fix where the previous owners of our house kind of botched the tile makeover of our master bath. The whole affair only took about 3 hours, and the impact on us (we have 2 small children)was very minimal. I would definitely hire the Handyman Connection again, and I hope that I get David or someone equally talented and professional.

I recently moved into my house and the repair work was the result of moving damages. ?No cost included in this review as the moving company is paying for the repairs. The craftsman was very careful and arrived promptly. ?The repair process involved several ?visits because of drying and sanding the joint compound, measuring and cutting the glass, and matching the paint for the damaged wall. Highly recommended.

MARK CUT OUT A SQUARE PART OF THE CEILING TO INSPECT THE PLUMBING AND CALLED ED, THE FIRM'S PLUMBER, WHO INSPECTED THE OLD COPPER AND BRASS PIPING AND DECLARED IT WAS BEYOND HIS CAPABILITY TO REPAIR AND RECOMMENDED A PLUMBER TO MAKE THE REPAIR. THE PLUMBER CAME, FIXED THE PROBLEM, MARK REPAIRED THE CEILING BY REPLACING THE CUTOUT WITH A REMOVABLE PATCH, AS WE REQUESTED IN CASE OF A FUTURE PROBLEM. I WAS IMPRESSED WHEN ED REALIZED THE PROBLEM WAS BEYOND HIS EXPERTISE, HE DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO DO THE JOB WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF DOING MORE DAMAGE IN THE PROCESS. A GOOD CALL ON HIS PART. MARK DID AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL JOB IN PAINTING THE PORCH WITH GREAT CARE TO DETAILS WITH THE THREE PAINT COLORS USED. HE EVEN CAME IN ON SUNDAY MORNING TO FINISH PAINTING THE UPRIGHT BANISTERS. I HAD NOTED WHEN I WAS INITIALLY REVIEWING THE PRIOR JOBS THE COMPANY HAD DONE, THAT SEVERAL REVIEWERS HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT PRICE. I AM A RETIRED CORPS OF ENGINEERS CONTRACTING OFFICER AND HAVE FOUND THAT OFTEN IT IS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE TO OBTAIN AN EXCELLENT JOB THAN TO OBTAIN A SHODDY OR SO-SO JOB IN THE LONG RUN. AFTER SEEING THE WORKMANSHIP ON THIS JOB, I AM QUITE PLEASED WITH THE PRICE!

Scott promptly returned my call on a Friday and informed me he was going to attempt to get a professional out to me that day. He was unable to do this but was great about calling and letting me know and scheduling something first thing for the following Monday. Benjamin came out right on time and quickly assessed the pocket door that needed to be repaired. He had the door fixed within an hour and a half, which included the time needed to purchase the new parts needed. I am completely happy with the work done and Ben was courteous and respectful of our home. Definitely will use Handyman Connection again.

Called on a Monday morning, and they sent someone out that afternoon to give a quote and tell me what materials to buy. He started the job at 9 am that Wednesday and finished at 5 pm that afternoon. Professional, prompt, great job, and will use again.

Great. Arrived on time. Figured out the least offensive place to put a hole (in a closet) and still access the area the cat was hiding in. After cutting the hole and retrieving the cat we noticed water collecting on the floor in closet. The original builder had punctured a pipe with a nail and we had disturbed it. We were directed to shut off the water and the pipe was promptly repaired. Then we noticed the water draining through our kitchen ceiling - it was from the original leak, no more water was leaking. We were told to let the area dry out and they would come back at no charge to repair the wall and let us know what to do about the ceiling. It looks like the ceiling will only need minor repairs and we will certainly contract with Handyman Connection to do so. we are already making a list of other repairs we will ask them to do for us.

The craftsman arrived on time and proceeded to complete the initial part of the job. Since the job requires the installation of carpet as a second phase, the first part was completed and paid. The work was done quickly and cleanly and the craftsman was careful and helpful in determining how to complete the initial phase.

I called Handyman Connection late on Wednesday to see if they had someone who could install laminate in one small bedroom. Was told she would check and call me back, that they may be able to have someone the next day (which made me ecstatic). The laminate in my living room, hall, and dining room was installed probably 2 years ago by someone else. We were disappointed that everything was left unfinished--hallway had no baseboards or quarter-round, and there were no connections between any of the doorways between rooms. We were left with a mess. We are procrastinators on a good day, but were so disappointed with the prior work (done by someone else), until we were worse than usual. We drug our feet not knowing what the next guy would do. I got a call back saying Benjamin Graves would be here at 9am the next morning. He showed up and he was wonderful. He had a great personality, very pleasant and polite. He asked if we would like him to finish up the unfinished baseboards, etc., in the hall and doorways. I had not even thought about asking him for that, and it was terrific that he brought it up. We followed him to the store since there was not quite enough of the old laminate left to complete the room and we needed to match with the closest we could find. He figured the correct amount of flooring needed, baseboards, quarter-round, etc., for the room and hallways, and when he left, my husband and I were both so very happy. He did an excellent job, he was quick with his measurements and installation. He was a very nice guy, the people at Handyman were very nice, and I would/will use them in the near future since I have several other things that need doing, and have found someone I can trust.

They did a great job! There were no issues, they did the work timely and the end result looks great.

What I most appreciated most was what the Handyman didn't do. I had a long list from a home inspection. The Handyman was very happy to do the repairs, but explained that there was no danger leaving some of the repairs until another time. They were actually more cosmetic in nature. The repairs needed would actually mismatch the paint on the exterior of the house. By waiting until the whole exterior was painted- I could save money by not paying for similar services twice. For the repairs done- they were completed the first day he came to the house and everything was cleaned up. I actually felt like I had a handy brother in my house for the time he was there.

Was here on time, very professional, removed damaged materials, went to Lowe's and purchased replacement materials, installed them and left. Total repair time less than 2 hours.

This is a very organized, professional outfit. The process was explained to me thoroughly over the phone, when the appointment was made to meet to get an estimate. Benjamin showed up on time, walked through the house to assess work needed, then called his office to discuss and provide me with an estimate (for labor only). I considered it reasonable, and accepted the proposal. Benjamin left and returned a short time later with materials. He started and finished the list the same day that he arrived to give me the estimate. My two contacts - the lady in the office and Benjamin - were both very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Ted came out and gave us an estimate for the work. Quoted 650 for labor plus materials. He did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely fashion. We look forward to using Ted in the future for other remodeling projects.

Benjamin showed up on time. The patch was very good, and the spray texture blended perfectly with the rest of the ceiling. We are very pleased with the work, and will use Handyman Connection again.

I want to make it clear that the guy who did come did do a great job with what he could actually fix. It wasn't his fault that I had been given the impression that he could do more than what he really would do. He was very efficient and professional. I doubt that I'll use the company again though since it seems that they're rather limited in what tasks they complete.
