Hello [Member Name Removed], We do apologize for the delay. When we scheduled to do the install, we also had issues with our distributors for material because of the whole covid-19 crisis as where many other companies in the area and across the United States, also the rain factor. Then you called in July to report an issue with leaking. At that time we sent someone out to assess the situation, this was July 15th. We had informed you that we would fix the said issue however we were currently backed up 10 weeks but would get you in as soon as possible. You are still on our list for this repair. You have been informed that we would call you when it came closer to the 10 weeks as said. We will be in that area again next week. Someone will contact you by the end of today. I am sorry you weren't happy with the scheduling wait, it is a busy time of year so 2-3 weeks is our standard time and that does depend on weather. We always try out best to get everyone within that time and before when possible. Rinsing the grit is not something we offer within our services and it was not included in your Angie's List Purchase. We apologize if that was not made clear in the listing and for the trouble and your honest feedback we'd be happy to give you your next cleaning for FREE. Good morning. I'm not entirely positive what the confusion is. I was the one who provided the estimate to you. I have a copy of a dated and signed by you estimate with the final price on it if you would like me to forward it to you. We provide the final cost of install to every customer when the estimate is provided. In addition you were given $100 discount for your military service. On Angie's List in the purchase that you made it states that the purchase is valid four gutter up to 2 story. In addition your original purchase was for 50-foot on Angie's List however when I stoped by to give you the estimate you had purchased an additional 130ft. again we provide final cost on every job before the job is completed and get a signed estimate before we will commence work. In addition we leave a copy of the original estimate with the homeowner. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you would like me to email you another copy of the provided estimate. we apologize that you are unhappy with our pricing and please accept 10% off for any future work you need done.
