When they discovered that the HDMI cable installed by the builder was damaged they offered a work around that was a perfect solution.

They charged a substaintial fee; HOWEVER, they were very esthetic minded in running cables in the wall to give a very clean look using extreme care and inserting frames/covers to all holes they created. They used incredibly over engineered mounts to give me peace of mind wall mounting a 55 inch television. They connected and synched Wifi and remotes; gave excellent instrutions on use of new universal remote. Worth every penny they charged; very fast (responded immediately to my email request), professional and competent. Simply put, I would not hesitate to use them again.

The only downside in my overall experience with this company was that the initial appointment we made they could not perform the installation because of time constraints. I will admit that all prior communication was done by phone so Mike and Dave did not see what was in store for them.Otherwise when they did show up for the install a few days later,they were on time,found an error in wiring done by a previous contractor and cleaned up everything afterwards. I will definitely hire them again for my future sound system needs

Very happy with expansion to an additional room with existing whole house audio system. Required installation of ceiling speakers, wall controls, and cabling from other end of house.

These guys were incredible. They arrived on time and did a review of the surveillance camera, monitor and my home's electrical system to determine the best way to set it up. They kept me informed every step of the way as they installed the system. The camera and monitor work great. The job was very reasonably priced.
